River Bluff Apartments is a wonderful community. I loved calling it home this past year. The property management here is very helpful and fast to respond to anything you need. They truly make the residents feels at home. Communication is key here. The monthly newsletters are great at keeping the residents informed on what is happening. It's great to have property managers that care about the residents.

There have been updates to the building and with each update it looks better and better. The view of downtown Mankato from the building is amazing. I am going to miss living here and the great atmosphere of the building.

So I pay $800.95 a month to live here. For some odd reason that $800.95 doesn't cover "labor fees" for the property manger. It's $25 per person the property manager has to call to move their car for plowing....$25 for the the intense "labor" of picking up a phone and calling someone to move their car. Don't live here. Too many hidden fees and absurd charges.

We have recently moved moved in to this building and management has been very nice and accommodating. They are very easy to get a hold of and always willing to help.

The management at River Bluff is extremely responsive and kind. The apartment itself is spacious and well kept. I am very, very pleased with our experience with the community. 10/10 would recommend!

The management staff at River Bluff works really hard to help everyone and build a positive atmosphere to live in. A LOT of the rooms have new air conditioners, flooring, carpeting, and more. Whenever I was nervous about how online payments worked or getting something fixed they always found a way to help me figure things out. This is a company with tremendous character, living here has been really great.

Recently moved back to Minnesota from out of state and rented a 2 bedroom apartment here after having a family member check it out. We had not seen the apartment before the day we moved in. We were so pleasantly surprised and that was before kitchen and bathroom updates. Love the apartment, management/maintenance are great and the price is right.

Very good apartment unit and complex. Staff and management is always helpful. Full access to laundry on-site in a central location of building. During the pandemic management regularly kept residents informed on cases and building sanitation. Located just up the street from Mankato downtown area and the surrounding neighborhood is great for walking!

Very clean apartment building. Love that the building itself is heated as well as individual units. They re constantly renovating outside and inside and communicate very well with all of their renters. The only thing i ve noted is the thin walls, as I can hear neighbors both beside and above me. It s very easy to hear talking or dogs barking but other than that it s a great place to live.
