Sterling House Community Center Reviews

Sterling house is an unprofessional place. I booked my sons first party there this past weekend, I rented out the room. The man who assisted my boyfriend and I was Matt, and long story short we wanted to pay for more time for our party which was from 3-8 but he basically lied to us THE DAY OF about another event happening at 6. So my decorator had to rush out a meeting and come back to clean up, my guests arrived afterwards because the change was such short notice!! I stayed till 7 cleaning up and packing my car up and nobody came for this other event . I watched Matt pack up, lock up and go home. Unprofessional to say the least!! I will NEVER host any other event there EVER!!

Don't know what my kids and I would do without Sterling House. Thank you and God bless

A wonderful organization! The caring talented and passionate people working here support Stratford's community in so many ways. Their efforts include but are not limited to: children's programs and sports, various volunteer activities and a food pantry.

Not kind or loving to give expired food. Would you eat it? Therefore it shouldn t be given to others in need. :/ people speak so highly of you but I beg to differ. Check the food dates before you give. Do better for the community s sake.

I highly recommend Sterling House Community Center Executive Director Amanda Meeson and the rest of the team to anyone looking to get involved in their community. Amanda is a highly motivated and compassionate individual and is always working to better the programs and services they offer. She is an advocate for inclusion and truly understands what it means to be a community member.

All kids' programs are exceptional. Staff is awesome!
