Very poor after sales service. Seat cover got crac...

Very poor after sales service. Seat cover got cracked in just 2 months from date of installation.

Staff is misleading as they dont know about company replacement policy. Got three different excuses from three staff members on same issue in one day itself. In morning one staff person said they will replace it , after that other one said they will charge half fee and by the end of day third one said they will charge full amount for the seat cover.

When you show them the picture of 5 years warranty printed on seat cover itself they started making another funny excuses like replacement is available for scratches and other technical faults like fading seat colour or they start asking for warranty card even they dont provide warranty cards themselves as they said only bill copy is required for replacement.
