Food was cold. Not enough customers to have to wait like we did.

Food was cold. Not enough customers to have to wait like we did.
Good choice for the Love Field options. A few local good beer options and the tacos are quick and delicious, and the service is polite (as usual for Texas :) )
I had a solid meal at Sky Canyon.
The Brisket Sandwich was solid. Not the best but no where near the worst. The Three Potatoe salad was excellent. Which was a pleasant surprise as a usually don't like Mayo based potatoe salad. And the service was excellent far exceeding what I expect at a airport restaurant. If you are passing through Love and are hungry the food is solid and the service is excellent.
Had breakfast. The coffee was cold, the potatoes were cold and dried out. Overpriced and the place is dingy and dirty. The only good thing was the salsa.
Good food it's an airport everything is over priced.
Awesome! Great music. Breakfast burritos were awesome! $5 mimosas were awesome. Waiter, EJ, was awesome! My travel day is off to a great start thanks to this place!!!
Expensive and very slow to seat people even with open tables.
Decent salmon ceviche but they could use tortilla chip that are fresh and not just reheated days after days... same for the dips' chips. Shame!
Place used to be pretty good. I should have known it went completely downhill when I ordered a beverage and they placed it on the dirty napkin left from the previous customer. Then I asked for a menu and they didn t take the dirty dishes away. Waited for about a half hour and couldn t get anyone to take my food order. Finally got a new employee to ask if I wanted to order something. Told him I no longer had time, just wanted to tab out. He wandered off and I had to leave my seat and find another server to settle up and catch a plane. Southwest should build another hub! Chef Pyle should be ashamed to have his name associated with this place.
Try the brisket sandwich. Some of the best bbq I've ever had!
Slow service.. Sausage did not taste good and had a hard chunk in it (bone?).
Delicious drink (blackberry mash) and awesome pork barbacoa tacos. Price not bad compared to other restaurants nearby. Reasonable for airport food.
All I wanted was a dirty martini. Walked the terminal and decided on Sky Canyon. No olives or olive juice. Should have cancelled my food order. Yes, it took that long for them to determine they were out. At least the tacos weren't bad.
I am currently in the restaurant and I am loving the food. I have ordered the ceasar salad and shrimp and grits and its awesome. Well spiced and flavored. Surprising at an airport in my experience. Good choice. Nice folks too.
Good creative menu! Some options can be a bit heavy for catching a flight but very tasty!
Its alright. Service was very good but the flavors of the food are just too much, all over the place, and dont mix well. Its like Indonesian, Mexican, Texmex.
Horrible! Plastic knife with a regular fork. I had the brisket sandwich with potato salad, the brisket, what little there was, was mostly all fat! The potato salad had some unrecognizable skin in it. The only unsweetened tea was flavored, disgusting. AND it was over priced
The food is good, but pricey, even for an airport. The bar has outlets for convenience and it's right next to the gates.
Food with an attitude!!
Ordered the no 2 for bkfst.
Service was slow. The chef was the fastest cook in Dallas. He was belligerent to staff and customers alike. Might make a good Stienfeld skit but more than a half hour wouldn't be funny. Perhaps explaining the morose mood of the other wise congenial staff.
I did enjoy the thebkft platter.
Quick service and reasonable breakfast choices. Had the Migas with an egg. Very tasty and filling.
Great flavors in the Caesar Salad with shrimp...but the lettuce was wilty and warm like it had been sitting under lights or a warmer for quite a while.
A nice place in the Dallas Love Field airport, a little spendy but that's typical for airports. Very friendly staff serves some unique and tasty dishes along with some premium beers and wines. You might have a $70-$80 check for two. We had bacon wrapped meatloaf with chipotle gravy and mac & cheese, and chicken fried buffalo steak with mashed potatoes and chorizo gravy. The vegetable with both was fresh green beans which were pretty tough but everything else was very good.
The nachos were really good but the tea was excellent!
Really tasty. Great special. Priced right. Good service.
Considering you're pretty limited for food/ drinks at Love field. This is your best bet. I think the tortilla soup along with several other options are tasty. No draft beers (as far as I can tell). There's one TV for sports.
I would avoid, had a burger and potato salad, so bland and poor quality.. dont even put any condiments on the burger.
72 hour brisket and 3 potato potato salad is so amazin .
I have yet to taste the food but very poor service. Attendants at front did not know anything about menu items. We are getting Togo order, one of the attendants asked us to seat on the table and another attendant came and asked us to get up and move. If I was not running late, I would have not eaten at the place where I get asked to change the table or to wait outside. Very bad service.
Food was good, but I have never seen a more disinterested staff. Not busy, standing around.
They weren't even seating people at the hostess stand, as people approached, they were either ignored until they seated themselves or walked off, or one of the hostesses barked at them from her hangout near the bar to go to this table or that table.
My waitress was taking a break, so she brought and closed my bill right as food came, no one else could be bothered to check on me, or the other three tables left abandoned. All I wanted was a water refill. :/
I'll add that she handed my check and credit card to a completely different table, I'm lucky he was paying attention.
The chili was not that tasty. But the drink was on point. The waiter was very attentive.
Got a raw burger and after the 30 min wait to get it, they didn t have time to fix it. Had to ask multiple times for things, like a menu, the check, etc. I honestly felt that if I were a guy, I would have been thanked for coming (because they were) but instead I got the stink eye and inedible expensive food.
$11.00 for 2 tacos, no sides, too expensive for not much food. It was good. But not that good...
Great food, very nice service. It was a quiet place to eat in a busy airport. Pretty atmosphere.
The food was great, the only negative was the service was very slow. 10 mins.to get my drink order, and 15 minutes after the completion of the meal to be checked on and pay out. Tighten that up and this will be my favorite dinning in the airport.
I had the world's worst caesar salad here. The shrimp caesar was 17.00. Made with fine shredded iceberg lettuce that was not too fresh. With the cooked shrimp and polenta croutons, it was pure lettuce mush. I had to gag it down. Sorry, but caesar is supposed to be made with FRESH ROMAINE! Avoid their salad. I left there feeling ripped off. Tables and booth were dirty too. The booth material fabric stunk.
Chili is good. If you're Texan, you won't be pissed off anyway.
Great food with great speedy service and one of the best food options at the airport.
Carolyn was my server, and she was great!! The brisket tacos are to die for!! Even though it was busy, Carolyn took the time to recommend her favorites and have prompt and friendly service! Next time I'm in this airport waiting for my flight I'll be returning here :)
Wow...I was surprised at how delicious the food was. I had a burger with fries and it was outstanding. Service was excellent as well! I will be back.
A little disappointed. My Caesar Salad was dry and chicken tasted like it was sitting under a heat lamp all day. I didnt care for the spicy soft polenta croutons. Croutons are suppose to be crunchy. The ice tea was good. Service was decent.
Get tacos. The brisket is smoked over wood instead of gas and are to die for. Their barbacoa is also on point. Has a couple of Dallas brews on tap too. Pretty darned good for airport fare.
So I had the buffalo Chicken fried steak it sounded amazing. It also looked good when I got it but that was it. There was so much fat in it I was not able to eat it. Then the fact it was drowning in a red grease. For the $22 I should have got a beer and just went to Whataburger!!!!! I fly in and out of this airport all the time. I will not be back!
