This management company is an absolute joke. I rented an apartment for 6 years and decided to go back to school. I spoke with them about paying rent (and late feeds) on my financial aid schedule. They agreed then turned around and kicked me out. The 'maintenance' is a joke. They don't actually fix anything, they put a band-aid on it and call it good. I had to have them out 4 times for a faucet that wouldn't turn off; same problem and same person 'fixed' it. The garbage disposal worked for the first year and they never came to fix it after many calls; that is 5 years of effort. I will NEVER live in any of their properties and will shout from the rooftops for everyone to stay away.

Big 0 to this place! Very unprofessional! Childish, rude , NEED TO FIND NEW PEOPLE TO WORK THERE!!! They didn t like me giving attitude back so they turned my hot water off! Smfh NEVER AGAIN RENT OR RECOMMEND THEM.

Extremely unprofessional and rude. If I could put no stars I would. The person I spoke with on the phone said she was it when I asked for someone over her. What is this world coming to?

The worst customer service ever, the ladies Merci or Marci and the one send emails are terribly unprofessional, they lie to tenants. They don t explain to you the whole application process until they take your money, they told me each adult application is $25 non-refundable then they charged me for co-signers application too, they are not smiling, rude and not suppose to be in this position. I hope that Eden management change these workers or they won t get any tenant. I WILL not recommend this place for anyone. I would rather pay $100 extra on rent and go to others but NOT this place!

During 2 years staying in Eden s apartment, my house was flooded at least 3 times because of water broke down. The worst thing is their service. Stacy and her boss, representing Eden company ,are definitely rude and untrustworthy. The last time when my apt was flooded 2 bedrooms and half of the living room were soaked in water; they didn t solve the problem until 3 weeks later. As a result, we had to live in unhealthy environment with mold growing. With all the trashy service, it s understandable why the rent in cheap.

So rude, and unprofessional. Didn t replace anything I m my grandma apartment for years.

You can't even have a house guest because they won't give you an extra key to the outside freaking door!!! Crazy people. I'm moving when my lease is up!!! What am I.... A 2 year old!!!!

YES!!! Stacy is a really rude person. She kept cutting me off no letting speak, trying to get her point across which didnt make any since. I wouldn't give her any of my money!

I would stray away from using this rental agency. The staff is very unprofessional in the way they handle potential and current clients.

If you care about being treated with basic human decency, DO NOT rent from Eden Management. They are the worst company. My family member was treated like garbage even after living in an Eden building for 20+ years. Every time she brought in her rent the women at the office would sneer and berate her. They don't take care of their apartments unless they have an inspection. The management will do anything for money. The only people who care about the tenants are the people who do regular maintenance. However, the higher-ups are negligent, mean, and how they treat people is downright disturbing. I will NEVER live in a building of theirs ever again and I would NEVER recommend Eden Management. They are rude and unprofessional.

I moved into one of their properties in September of 2018. Upon signing the lease, management did a walk through and recorded everything that needed to be fixed. After 30 days I called to see what's the status on the repairs and was told they would get to it. I then asked for my garage to be fixed first. It took a month to get an estimate and still told me they would get to it when they could. Its is now December of 2018 and they are still telling me they will get to it when they get a chance. I still haven't had any repairs done at all. I would not recommend eden management to anyone. I Will be breaking my lease very soon.

They are extremely unprofessional. Especially Stacy and that blonde lady too. Thank god my application got denied. I dodged a bullet. Don t ever rent from here.

If there was an option to put no stars. Stacy is the RUDEST person I have ever encountered in my life. I asked to speak with her direct manager and she would not let me speak with them. She asked me why I wanted to speak with them and I told her that she is the rudest and most disrespectful person I have ever talked to. I would NEVER EVER rent from them again, the place I moved into was trashed when I moved in and didn't clean a thing, the carpets were nasty. I rented a rug doctor and cleaned them myself. Stacy is the lady who answers the phone and makes calls and I can not get over how rude this lady is, and it doesn't matter who you are she is rude, on the phone, in person. I don't know how she still has a job.

When I was going through the application process they wouldn't take some of my documentation. I was trying to explain my documents and they wouldn't believe me for a little bit. Finally my documents were accepted but was a very tense environment. I called to check on my application a few times and they had an irritated tone with me over the phone. They stated to me not to call back, because they would call me if I was accepted. They never called me back, so I moved on. I would not recommend this rental agency!

Terminated a lease for having to call the police on an Unruly neighbor threatening other tenants and visitors with a butcher knife, gave 30day notice to Senior Citizen on housing and only income is disability... After 7years of rent paid on time... Eden has bought most Sec8 and LHA voucher approved residents and holds a monopoly on said elderlys other options....

Inconsiderate and very rude! Took over 3 months to fix a hole in my ceiling and when I approached the secretary she was unapologetic and it still took a month to get fixed.

The administration treats its tenants as garbage really! ALL WHAT THEY CARE ABOUT IS YOUR MONEY!!! No decent conversations with them whatsoever... They care less for your safety, homeless are regular at nights, and the stairs always smell terribly bad!! Save your money and rent somewhere else for a decent treatment as a human being.

I have lived in 4 different apartments in Lincoln, and they are the worst so far. I got charged for over $300 in "fees". The apartment was cleaner when I moved out than when I moved in. I have never had more than a carpet cleaning fee before of maybe $80. Plus to make it worse they made me wait 4 months for the remaining deposit. I do not recommend them.

We had a great experience with Amanda the gal who showed us a couple of properties. She was professional, prompt and answered all of our questions. It was a pleasure dealing with her. We didn't rent from Edan though because the person who we spoke to on the phone was beyond rude. They need more employees like Amanda.

They are definitely not worth renting from unless they change their management. Whoever is in charge of HR is doing a real shitty job in bringing their staff accountable. I spoke to a tenant who moved out because of their bad and subliminal discriminatory behavior and I really wonder why no one has pulled a court order. There are much better and more accommodating residences than this.
