1) they don t believe in answering their phone.... just leave you on hold forever... god forbid anyone needs a payment plan
2) their solution ? Just go online and pay them the entire amount today
3) if those two aren t damning enough, obviously in their world, NO one works third shift and sleeps during the day... we re supposed to wait for them for HOURS when we still have to sleep before working tonight
4) even worse, there s NO option to email them, because obviously, phone calls are the BEST possible solution, especially if you re hearing impaired....

The state of Michigan should seriously think about sanctions for this law firm/debt collector

The attorney's working out of the Cleveland branch are NOT proficient. They are unable to read a court docket and have no problem going after people in the middle of a pandemic. Zombie debt collectors, the worst kind. The firm is STILL attempting to get money from me from a VERY old debt they purchased .... they have spent more money on court filings then they ever will get from me...not very effective. They said debt collectors were more active during the pandemic then ever...tells you A LOT about these attorney's....real good people ...SAD

This law Firm withheld my Michigan Sate tax return. After my debt was satisfied. They strung me along for over 90 days. Stating they were refunding my money. Still have not seen it. Due their negligence, I now have to drive 70 miles to retrieve my check. Completely based of their incompetence. Horrible business. They should be ashamed to withhold money that is not theirs. Especially during a time of need because of the effects from Covid. While they sit in their offices with no concern for the people that have struggled to keep their heads above water. This law firm disgusts me on many levels.

These people will not leave messages or send out updates. They don't care AT ALL about people or a freaking pandemic that's been happening for a year and a half. The most good for NOTHING law firm in the US. I bet they all failed their Bar Exam multiple times and this was the best lawyer job they could get. They read off scripts. Takes 4 people to do one simple fax. Also, it takes them 10 days!...10 days to get one signature on a single piece of paper and fax it to one place!!
I wish there was someone else to turn them into. I know what they did to me is against the law. I'm going to start looking.

The law firm is a joke, they have been trying to garnish my wages for a zombie debt, however their Cleveland attorney is to0 incompetent to get it done correctly. They are spending more money on court filings then what they will get from me, which is nothing. Perhaps, if this firm employed more professional staff with a greater degree of knowledge, they would be more successful. My advise, if they contact you...do NOT speak to them simply ignore them.

To everybody who is being sued by this cheap law firm do not try to contact them they will not help you. Instead wait for them to try to sue you, then send the court and these people a copy of a validation letter, you can download these online for free. Make sure to show up to your court date, and make sure that they have provided requested materials proving you owe the loan. If they cannot provide a contract, a chain of custody, and your first and last statements for the account being sued over they have no case and you can ask for it to be dismissed. Whatever you do do not pay these people money! When you start paying on an outstanding debt it restarts the time period of statutory limitations, do not pay on old debts. I don't know how these people sleep at night. Horrible business. Absolutely horrible.

They refuse to answer calls or return calls. How am I suppose to pay you when I can't get anyone to answer. I just wait on hold. I have waited over an hour on hold with no call back. But then they want to garnish your wages for no payment. This is a joke. ANSWER THE PHONE PEOPLE AND YOU MIGHT GET PAID!!!

Will update if need be. Current status: I've had a debt with these people for awhile and made a $270 payment of money I didn't have at the time to not have my debt go to court. Anyhow, I am currently trying to pay them and have been trying for 2 days, having called several of their different numbers and wait on hold for over an hour. I requested a callback yesterday just to have two dices going at once and I never got a call back. Literally trying to give them my money and they do not know how to pick up a phone. WORST COLLECTION AGENCY EVER!

Update: Finally got ahold of someone and was able to pay my debt off. This being said they refused to give a consent for the credit bureau s to take the debt off my report. They told me that would be up to the credit bureau s and that it would be illegal for them to tell the credit bureau to take it off the report. So don t bother asking them, just dispute it through your credit reports and it ll come off. That s what worked for me.
