Once you are able to get past the 20 minutes checking in at guard shack they are great at the shipping desk.

If i could give them a zero i would. No one know what the hell they are doing. Pathetic place to come to load.

It s one star...they have to be more friendly, when they load trucks 10hrs it s everything right, when it s about to wait 15min after last appt they won t do it..

Good place with lots of room. Never had a problem here, usually load earlier than appointment. Lots of room to stay overnight.

Check in was quick and easy, the wait was at least 5 hours to get loaded tho .

Go straight through traffic circle then turn right do NOT take first right at traffic circle there is shower on site for drivers and over night parking easy backup and onsite scale

Lots of room, overnight parking allowed, nice folks, clean restroom with a shower stall. Arrived noon for a 1 PM, left by 2:15 PM. Can't ask for more respect. 5 stars

Drop & Hook review.

So I ve never actually interacted with anybody here because the drop & hook procedure is hella easy. You by-pass the security shack and drop your trailer in the lot to the left of security (drop on the first row). Then you go to the lock box, enter the code your carrier gave you, and select your bill of lading and collect the glad hand lock keys. Take glad hand lock off of the trailer you re picking up and put it on the trailer you dropped, then return keys to the lock box. That s it, you re on your way. Loads have always been ready on time for me (although I do pick up at the very end of the window most of the time). Great place. Can t speak for the live-load times or the friendliness of the staff because, again, I ve never done that.

Be polite and drop your trailer clean, by the way. It s not that difficult to sweep it out before coming in -_-

I just ate some of your apples, in Odessa Texas i just want to say these apples are the best apples i have ever tasted! I. Have never bought them before, but i would recomand them to all my family and friends. They are wonderful.!

Drivers: be prepared to wait a long time to be loaded their process is very slow, however on the other hand they do have bathrooms with showers open during their business hours and a cafeteria was pretty reasonably priced food at least, somewhere to hang out other than your truck. Check in at the guard shack knotts office which will save you a walk and usually can check in a little bit before 7 or 6 a.m. Somedays. Also be aware of their scale is 200 pounds heavier than actual (4-29-19). There is onsite overnight parking after hours. The three stars are because of the wait time to get loaded. Once you are loaded and you get the green light, pull forward from the door just a little bit. Close your doors and slide your tandems and then back up a little bit not to block traffic, as to ensure a smooth fast in and out for everyone to speed up time. Do this because it takes them awhile also for your paperwork so you'll have some of your stuff done before you get your papers and deal with your weight after or scale and drive back up to the top and back down around and adjust your tandems and then go for your paperwork.
