This is the worst management company in New York City. All they care about is money and they make that very clear. My husband and I spent months trying to reach someone about renewing/negotiating the terms of our lease and were always told the person we were looking for was either "not in the office" "on a conference call" or "in a meeting." I guess it takes a lot of work to be that greedy. Finally we decided to march down to their office with our two babies in tow to see if we could speak with someone. Larry Gluck (owner) was actually at the reception desk when we walked in. He tried to act like he cared for a second then he blatantly passed us off to two guys who just oozed sleeze-ball. These two guys tried to actually good cop/bad cop us. One of the guys actually said to us "Tell Ben Bernanke to stop printing money and then we can actually work with you."

At the end of the day we had to re-sign our one bedroom apartment for an extra $300 a month over what we currently pay. We pleaded with them to stay at our current rent stating that we had no extra money as my husband is a resident at Columbia and that we couldn't move with two babies. They basically just laughed at us.

I can only hope that the greed of this company will someday come back to bite them in the butt.

At first they make the process easy to get in but once you've rented you're on your own. Need something fixed? Need heat in your apartment? Good luck with that. Property manager even turned over during my first 10 months here and there's been zero announcement of who the new person is. For the price of their renovated apartments you should get a better bang for your buck and go with a company that cares.

we've been waiting for two months for Domenick Gioia to return our security deposit. Moved out in August, Domenick stopped responding to our emails two weeks ago so we have no idea when we will get our money back. Extremely unprofessional and low efficiency.

Terrible. Smoke, rats, roaches, rusty nails sticking out of floors, dirty corridors. The list goes on. Brown water runs from tub taps for months and no one did anything.

I've lived in one of the apartments for about a year now and I've never been more happy to call this place "home." They are always genuinely concerned with my comfort and needs and I really appreciate that. Highly recommend Stellar Management Co Inc to anyone looking for a phenomenal management company.

Called on Friday before lunch and we'll before closing or so I thought. Nobody answered. I'm a tenant of a building they took over yrs ago and ever since nothing is the same. Their properties hallways and whafnoys are not up to the tenants sta dards by any means. My apy is fine. Leave a bad review and see if they dont retaliate with some nonsense.y rent is paid on time every month and if I have a question or concern and cannot get through to the local managing office I don't know why the headquarters cannot assist. It's ridiculous. Owe 2 dollars because they sometimes don't do well with accounting and all types of letters and threats. Get it together Stellar. And I don't mean me when I say owe because I owe nothing!

Very bad. I signed the the lease for year and half I paid for the year and half. 3 weeks later they sent me a bill. Before that their worker got in my apt without my permission broke my vase. No one paid me back for my vase. Manager was rude to me. My van cleef necklace was missing in the same day and manager didn t even call me back. Very rude, unprofessional. Stay away from their buildings.

The management is horrible. The properties are not cared for and the quality of life at the buildings is the worst. I have neighbors who smoke, despite hundreds of calls, messages and complaints management has not done anytjing. My kids are sick of second hand smoke. My recommendation to you is don't lease on any of the buildings under stellar management.
