All so after the second day I can only say great here

beautiful hotel area. five stars almost understade .... never experienced such a buffet of delicacies. I can only recommend.

The magic of nature ... excellent service .... the highest level of attention

The place is extremely nice and the greenery is unbelievable, but the rooms are not well maintained and only one small heated pool.
And a general attitude of lets serve the foreigners first.

this hotel is fantastic and has an amazing view.. it is very big with numerous swimming pools including an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast selection is good and they have a few different restaurants serving varied cuisine.. lebanese, japanese ( the lebanese is very good). Staff are friendly, I would definitely recommend

The hotel is a masterpiece, more than wonderful, and the treatment is very nice .. a real excellent place

Super nice service team. Glasses cleaning service at the pool and on the well-kept private beach, 2 bars with the option of having lunch ala carte, of course also in buffet form in the main restaurant. There are also three restaurants where you can also eat after making a reservation ... all in all a great hotel. There are only drawbacks because of the somewhat rocky room.

I've traveled a lot in my life, always wanted to discover something new. So I never had the urge to travel to one place twice. However, this has completely changed with our visit to the Steigenberger Al Dau. For the first time I actually have the desire for a repeat.

This hotel is just great. The only thing that bothers guests is the Adults-Only sister hotel next door, which complains about laughing kids or rolls their eyes when they call for Mom. Sorry, but then just stay in your hotel area, on your terrain and not annoying the families in the Al Dau with your kind of rest in need of rest. Personally, I found it even from the volume very pleasant. We were for a day in the neighboring hotel Aqua Magic to visit, so the children could try the slides. There was only a noise level! Since you should force-feed the spoiled Pure Life guests who complain about the Al Dau ...
Although I know that the hotel chain is very well-intentioned and is understood as a service that the guests of the individual sister hotels can visit each other, but perhaps one thinks on the part of the management that every guest in the Usually carefully considering where he wants to be accommodated. After all, there are therefore also the different concepts. It would probably be better to completely isolate the adults-only area. With high soundproof walls. ;) And signs for German visitors: "Attention !! From here laughing children!" as counterpart to the signs "Access only from the age of 18"

Otherwise an absolute 5 star holiday. One thing I would like to mention: I was very impressed by the local medical service. Our little daughter had a severe pseudo-Krupp-seizure in the middle of the night and although I had asked only informative at the reception, how I could reach the doctor, if it should come to the absolute emergency, this was within minutes in the house. However, he did not come into the room, because he knew exactly how panicky some children can react here. He just stayed at the reception and sent me information by telephone, who have witnessed great competence. Thanks again. We had the same situation two years ago in Greece on Crete and it was a disaster. I never thought that I would feel better cared for with a small child in Egyptian Hurghada than in a country in the EU!

Just the look and feel of the hotel is fantastic. We walked through the area and it seems to be a very nice place. A huge and nice designed pool and gardening area. A golf course next to it and a close walkway to the beach.

It is really great here. The people very nice, the food very good and the rooms (suit) great. We fly here every year at this time. The pool is probably very cold but otherwise everything was great. I can recommend it. The Transfair is also very short.

I stayed in seteigenberger aqua magic but the good thing is that i had access to both resorts! Really huge full of green areas and nice sittings, pools and variety of activities you can never get bored there staff are friendly and let you have your own privacy i totally recommend it

Great hotel! The first time we were in Egypt and it paid off.
Pros: -very close to the airport,
a huge area with swimming pools and bike paths (which you can rent from them in the park), or for jogging with signs and routes! -Good restaurant with a variety of food, drinks, by the way, are also good. Beer and wine, despite the all inclusive program, were decent, the cocktails were really not very sweet and sooo little alcohol :))
- clean and not outdated room, bathroom too. The lobby of the hotel is very beautiful and every evening there is live music, and there is a singer or dancers outside.
-Jacuzzi!! And a small sauna outside !!!
Of the minuses - a very shallow sea, waist-deep and already buoys :)

Impeccable service, friendly staff, more than adequate food. The infrastructure is clean and well maintained.

Great spacious hotel area. Huge selection of food, but taste could be better. Great rush through the many children. Dining hall echoes. Pure Lifestyle next to - adult only - highly recommended.

It s so uncomfotable hotel. I stayed 7days at here for my holiday. But I didn t rest here. Because when I had rest in room, they call me many times by 5 or 10 minutes. So I didn t sleep more. When I try to lie on the beach bed, 4 people came us and they were touting like boat tour, face massage, full body massage, oil purchaging!!!!!!!!!! But Resort have many of facilities, all closed very early time at 4-5pm.

This resort is very expensive on these area. But here don t have global service mind.

When I visited reception to extend our journey, they told me be wait.. wait..wait! So It took 40 minutes.

I think it was a good place to remember. I'm sorry. The hotel was very uncomfortable with reckless solicitation of Asians.

The place is extremely clean, specially in the corona virus time, the place is safe and very clean, staff are very professional and friendly, they always have a smile on the face, they are very welcoming and helpful. Always asking for feedback and your satisfaction. All the managers and the supervisors are always checking and making sure everything is alright. I had an amazing stay, very fantasy place amazing pool and pool bar. Rooms are clean and food is amazing. Thank you for this amazing time and service, always recommend this place to my friends.

Food staff were excellent
Shout out to all the young boys in the Wala Pool bar fir their fantastic service and Mo on the towel hut who looked after us every day so well . Islam our pool waiter was such a fab waiter who worked extremely hard and went above and beyond with his incredible service and wonderful personality. Will recommend this resort and most definitely will return to this beautiful 1st class resort .

Excellent service. Very helpful and friendly staff that are willing to go the extra mile to satisfy customers. Loved this place and i highly recommend it to those who want to enjoy their vacation. Very suitable for families too especially kids that want to swim in outdoor heated pools.

Nice hotel. Enjoy your meal. Very friendly service. Beach downsized after the opening of Pure Life. As a result, everything seems pretty stocky. It could get crowded in summer.

The food was very good. Room and service very good. What was missing was an iron in the room. Fresh orange juice for breakfast. Not suitable for older people who are looking for peace in the hotel and the beach.

Everything is perfect ... just it would be nice that each sector is a person who speaks French (for a 5etoiles)
