Great hotel, great service. Good food. Nothing to say. Worth the price. For the third time I was, -08, -11 and now in November. The level and service remained first class.

Very nice hotel, very clean and well taken care of. Friendly staff. The two things I didn't like were the food in the buffet (many choices, but often the same) and the fact that guests are allowed to smoke everywhere, specially in the bar in the lobby..

The resort is very impressive and clean. Staff are friendly and professional especially mo salah look alike in the restaraunt. Food can get repetitive though but was delish.

I love this hotel! The beach is impeccable, everything is clean, rooms are spacious with a big terrace. The hotel offers several a la carte restaurants including Lebanese, French and Japanese. I would recommend it to anyone who loves a relaxing holiday and who likes to be pampered.

Special thanks to Mr. Ehab of the Alexander Restaurant and Mr. Ahmed Ali for their upscale style with the customers and their luxurious level always have all the greetings and appreciation to them.

The staff is English speaking. Russian is understood by units. The culture of service at the highest level. At 7:00 in the morning I went down to the lobby, as I was leaving the elevator, the bartender managed to make the same coffee that I ordered the day before. The service works ahead).

Beautiful hotel. So much space around the pool and some excellent food. Rooms not long refurbished and extremely comfortable. You can also use the pools and slides at the sister hotel across the road.

Hotel is stunning and staff are amazing. Only negative is there is little to no evening activity that's worth while.

Stylish designer hotel in the centre of Hurghada. Dominant colour is white. Spacious luxurious bed rooms and very attentive service.

The hotel staff maintained a very high standard of service during our stay.
They were at all times helpful and courteous without being intrusive. Our room enjoyed a sea view, very comfortable beds and good quality fittings. Air conditioning is door key activated and worked well .
All linen and towels were of a very high quality and were changed daily if necessary without question.
Main meals and snacks were we found imaginative and well presented.

This hotel combines German efficiency with Egyptian warmth. Suitable for couples and families alike.

The all inclusive deal includes all restaurants at the property as well as at the sister property across the road where there is the acqua Park. The minibar is also included so you never need for food, drinks or snacks. Luckily there s a gym as well.

The hotel facilities are spread out over enough space so that even when the hotel is full, you can still find some quiet space to relax without feeling crowded. For example, if you grab a doughnut and take to the lazy river, it takes almost 30 minutes to drift around the full circuit.

There isn t a great deal to see outside the hotel but enough within the grounds of the hotel to keep you entertained: beach, several pools (including warm sea water, kiddies pool, waterfall pool, lazy river), pedelows, snorkelling, kids club, live evening entertainment, night club, etc. so little need to get out of the hotel.
I even saw some people doing physical therapy in the pool with local staff.

I took an elderly relative who was struggling to walk very far but we were able to use the golf buggy to get around.

The hotel staff are very helpful and professional making this a great experience.

My staying was just fabulous. I loved everything about the place. It's location, the staff are amazing, friendly, very welcoming and most importantly they're are professionals.
The food is fantastic and clean. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is on the beach which is perfect. I just loved my staying and will definitely come back with friends or family.

This hotel scores above all with its excellent facilities and beautiful grounds.

Great Resort! Holidays with my partner here were great. But also seems to be very child-friendly.
600.- CHF for 7 nights for two. Since we could only get into the room 2 hours after arrival, we received an upgrade. Family rooms instead of double rooms. Well looked after by everyone as well as eaten well. We recommend!
Traveled with ITS COOP. Everything went perfectly. Interesting excursion offers for young and old.

the hotel and its rooms are modern and well maintained. the resort includes a fantastic park and pool area and also the beach is nice. unfortunately the food at the main buffet is rather disappointing. poor choice and low quality of dishes. this is not at all reflecting a level that one can expect from a five star hotel. maybe steigenberger kitchen crew should do a stage at robinson club Soma Bay to gain some insights how a good buffet and culinary experience could be. the staff in all areas except the lobby bar is very friendly.

Loved Egypt. Staff at hotel spoke English well and rooms very clean and tidy. Good facilities. Great.

Amazing hotel. Not only are the facilities great but the staff is absolutely outstanding. Food was great at the main restaurant with wide variety and a rotating theme every night of the week. The property was beautiful and the evening entertainment was good. You can also use the Aqua Park from next door. The all inclusive package was a great option.

Only two minor drawbacks - internet was quite slow and the heated pool has a depth of just 3-4 feet. You can still use the heated pool from the Aqua Resort but that's still a short walk away.

Overall, the experience was excellent - would highly recommend this resort.

A wonderful place to stay excellent service staff and excellent offers

Great house with excellent kitchen, friendly and courteous service. Beautiful garden with a small golf course and private beach. No noise pollution despite the airport. The beautiful large pool should be heated, however.

This is the best vacation place ever. Everything is more than perfect. The food is very delicious and the variety is unbelievable. The staff are very friendly and polite. They are doing their best to make us enjoy our vacation. My family decided that we will never go anywhere else.

- Seller on the beach very pushy (in the first few days)
- Toilets very unclean / inadequate hygiene
- Music too loud in the evening and it was difficult to fall asleep
- No free entry to the clubs involved
- Sushi tasted very bad
- I had to wait 2 hours in the lobby after checking out and didn't get a wireless entry, I found it very rude.

I wouldn't go again.

there is nothing wrong. from the first moment, the calm pulse sets in. very nice service nothing is missing. I had my reservations about going to an Arab country but it has gone at the speed of light. I'll be back

This hotel is the best in Hurghada. The service is very good, the staff are trained, they are not turned on, but simply charming and courteous. Mr. Hany conjures up the best cocktails and drinks at the lobby bar. The pool is breathtakingly beautiful, the lazy river invites you to relax, as does the spa. Again and again
