Steigenberger Airport Hotel Amsterdam Review

Very well-kept hotel, good service, pleasant beds. Somewhat sterile room.

nice place. perfect to stay out of the noise of the airport. sports bar downstair is nice.

Staff was curt but not unfriendly. Breakfast was quite expensive. Beds are extremely soft and a "double bed" is two single beds pushed together with a large crack in the middle. Most unpleasant was the situation I found myself in when returning to the airport. I was waiting in the lobby for the free shuttle. A few minutes before it's scheduled departure time, a man driving a shuttle bus arrives and asks if I'm going to the airport. I said yes and got in the "shuttle", only to find out it's a cab shuttle that must be paid for. Don't make the same mistake I did and let a cab driver take advantage of you. Overall this left a poor lasting impression to a mediocre hotel experience.

Good rooms, poor service. Room service stole my phone charger i tell them and they did nothing. Even a sorry, what a shame.
