Steeped tea Review

Not a lot to say. I ordered something in October of 2015, paid for it.... still have no received the item and its June of 2016.

The product itself is great, everything has been as described.

Customer service on the other hand is terrible!! You call in and are definitely treated like a number, they do not seem to care about you or getting repeat sales. I had an order stolen/lost by FedEx (they were great to deal with) and Sipology has the claim and is taking there sweet time to respond and deal with it. On follow up I got told someone else is dealing with me as it has already been addressed with FedEx. I explained I will not reorder until this is dealt with and the service rep said ok and hung up...seriously!

Terrible Steep Tea Carafe, glass insert shattered instantly when accidentally knocked over... terrible product quality.

This company has horrible customer service. I purchased $70 of product, and one item was the "bubble cup." After using it only three times, I was hand washing it in the sink and it ever so slightly tapped the side of the sink and it literally shattered in my hands and sliced my finger open. When I contacted customer service and told them what happened, they made no initial reference to the fact their extremely fragile product shattered in my hands and injured me, and only made reference to "accidental damage" I made to their product. There was no accidental damage, I was using the tea cup as should be expected - to be reasonably handled in the kitchen with standard use and washing procedures, and it shattered in my hands and sliced my finger open! I asked that they send me a more durable product, and the CS Rep "Kelly" had the audacity to insist I pay the difference in cost after I was injured by their very poorly designed product. For this reason, I will not recommend dealing with this company. Though I really like their teas, this company has a lot to learn if they want to keep their customers and stay in business. I hope the negative review and the permanent loss of a good customer was worth the $12 cost difference you insisted I pay for a more reliable and durable product after your shoddy "burst your bubble cup" exploded and injured me.

I got a 24 flavour exclusive tea collection and prism tea pot from Sipology for Christmas and it's the best tea I've ever had in my life. I never knew how exciting the range of flavours could be and the tea pot is absolutely stunning in design and ease of use! I highly recommend this company and moreover, their Earl Grey and Raspberry Earl Grey teas are the best I have ever tasted!

If you have a tea-lover in your family they will truly appreciate the work that went into the flavours and products of Sipology. Their collections are the perfect gift and totally warranted a review :)

Love how they have soo many great tasting tea products.

This company has horrible customer service. I bought a tea tumbler and used it rarely for about a month before the button broke and rendered it absolutely useless. They refused to replace it or care at all at the money I have wasted on their product. This has happened to a few friends of mine now. DO NOT WASTE your time or money on this company.
