Steel Structures Ltd (SSL) Reviews

Had the worst customer experience with this company. Went to request for steel reinforcements for an ongoing construction and was assigned an officer by the name Anthony Kariithi who advised that he had to visit the site first before he could advise on the reinforcement. The site visit was scheduled for the following day. On the material day, the officer kept me waiting all day and never showed up despite various communication indicating that he would show up at site. He later sent me a text at 3.15pm to say he wouldn't make it. My calls to him went unanswered. THIS IS NOT HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS!!!!

The paths are always clear.there enough parking for cars and for physicaly impaired people

Wow the place is huge. If you are not driving please wear closed shoes especially if you will need to walk from the main gate to the reception area because its quite a strech. Additionally, based of the many signs they have in place and considering they are an industial business id advice you be careful to read them, ask someone a question if you are not sure which direction you need to head and please dress appropriately. If you have a morning meeting please headout early because the road nearby is under construction at the moment and you might experience some traffic.

I love their work culture, they encourage employees to bike and they have a parking section for bikers.
