Same experience as Wendy. Ordered weeks ago. Checked in after 3 Weeks and was told it would be 15-20 days. Ridiculous hire more workers and advertise less.

So after waiting another week after their 20 day shipping time frame still no shipping confirmation. This after owner said here. "Looks like your item has shipped". Owner is obviously clueless I will just dispute thru my CC company. Thanks for nothin.

I placed an order over a month ago it was supposed to be ship out within 10 days. I sent two emails with and received the scripted reply about delays and ordering more machines . News flash! Not my problem I. I would like my order or a refund . I don t need a coupon because I will never ever use it or recommend it .

I ordered 2 items that were very nicely done. Received quickly and shipped well. Looks very good on my walls. So I have reordered some more items for Christmas gifts. Veteran supporting a Veteran-owned business. Yeah! Also understand shipping 2020 has been a grizzly bear. And probably them getting their needed steel products maybe in that same shipping problem. Holdout and keep backing each other. And communicate to each other if there are problems !!!!!! PLEASE! Thanks for your beautiful products and keep pushing on. Good luck to your business!!

The work was ok but the time from order to door step is not worth the wait. Ordered on Oct 8th received Nov 15. And the amount of email sales is stupid over the top. And when checking nothing but excuses.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE!

Made my purchase online and paid over $85 to ship overseas for my girlfriends birthday.

Long story short they email me A MONTH LATER telling me they issued a refund because they could not ship to my address. A MONTH LATER!

Girlfriends birthday ruined, no birthday gift and I look bad.

Although I appreciate the refund (the right thing to do) but A MONTH LATER?? Who was at the wheel with this order???

Steel Roots Decor is by FAR my favorite place to get my steel art from. They have by far the best price s and they care about their customer s. I ve given many away as gifts and everyone loves their metal art.

I purchased the Tree of Life for my wife. The quality metal cut out and powder coat are great. She really likes it. I would highly recommend Steel Roots Decor. This was my second purchase from and I am sure I will be back,

The owner of Steel Roots Decor Rick Howard found me on FB and messaged me about what I had ordered and offers to MAKE IT UP TO ME for what the other POS company did to me. I just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH RICK!!This is what is great about AMERICA AND AMERICAN COMPANIES. PLEASE SUPPORT STEEL ROOTS DECOR every chance you get.

TERRIBLE experience with this company. I placed an order over two months ago for 5 monogrammed pieces. I finally received my order last week- which contained only one sign, NONE of the 5 that I ordered. I have sent numerous emails as well as messages through facebook, and no one will answer them. Will never purchase from this site again. AWFUL!!!!

Finally received a response to my emails last week. Then I received a notice my order had shipped which included tracking. My order was delivered today and I am very pleased with the items I had ordered.

WARING Beware of this company THEY ARE A non-communicating company if you place an order it could take up to two months to received your product. I did receive my product in decent shape but I will not order from them again due to the fact That There was too much drama involved
Trying to contact them and wondering if they were a scam I gave them 2 stars just for a fact that I received the product they need to up their game for an American company

Very fast service. I ordered something in stock and got them in a matter of days even though the site specifically says 2-3 weeks. Product looks fantastic. I wasn't given a delivery date either, but if you email them they will back to you quickly, they did me. Courtesy gets you everywhere. Thanks again Steel Roots.

I placed an order for 3 items. I wanted one in copper, 1 in red and 1 in purple. The website glitched and ordered 2 red and no purple. I sent an email immediately and was told I would have an answer in 48 to 72 hours. I finally got a response today, 7 days after my email. I was told that once I placed my order it could not be changed. I didn t order 2 red items. Their site glitched. But I was offered a 20% off coupon so I could order another one. I am not the least bit impressed. Even if the product is great this whole situation has been quite upsetting. I really expected better from a company that advertises veteran owned. I would expect this type of thing from a foreign company that doesn t care, but I am quite disappointed that this happened with a US based small business.

I placed an order for ONE item on October, 1st and I have not received ANY information about when my item should arrive. It s past the allotted 10-15 business days. It s now October 30th!! I have tried to contact the company via email and text message. No one has responded! But I see I m not alone I just want my order or MONEY BACK.

I finally received my order and it is BEAUTIFUL! I really wish this company would resolve their shipping issues because it's hurting their reputation. I suggest for anyone that orders from this company to make sure you give them at least a month to ship your order so that you can receive it on time especially for gifts. I did receive an email that stated that they are making changes to improve and resolve these issues. Again, I must say my order is AWESOME!

I'm very sorry to say...this company can't be trusted.
I received an item I paid for that was mailed in a flimzy paper mailer. The item was a wreck.

I can't reach anyone by text...nor by phone. They are disconnected. Doesn't bode well for any satisfaction guarantee in my book. I will be happy to change this review when and if I'm addressed with this problem.

I am in the same boat as those who ordered September 26. I was promised my order would be shipped no later than yesterday (10-27). I also receive at least 1 email a day on buying more. I ordered this for my parents anniversary, but apparently I am giving it to them for Christmas. I have no doubt I will love this when it arrives, but they should be more communicative about delays. I should not have to email them multiple times for updates.

I have placed an order Oct. 4, 2020, they took my PayPal payment immediately. I have sent 2 emails, 2 messenger messages and even tried texting this company to get an update on if this order was being processed or just scammed. NO ONE replies to any way I tried to contact.
Update: A high up representative replied to my messenger message and I actually talked live with him.changes are coming for replies but not recent. It will take 15 working days for orders to be processed from actual order date and then ship out within 72 hours.

Ordered a monogram and paid for it the first of October. Still haven't heard or received anything yet. Tried to look up order and keeps saying not found. You took my money but will not respond. This was a Birthday present.

I never even actually placed my order I was in the midst of confirming when it decided to solicit me with further offers and I declined and canceled my order and yet it was still processed and there s no viable customer service phone number much less any other phone number and they respond to emails within 48 to 72 hours and or cancellation policy is 48 hours. Not a company I want to work with not a product I wish to purchase no matter how wonderful it is. No website should automatically process an order when you ve never completed it.

The I love you to the moon and back piece I order was well done and looked just like what was ordered.

I ve emailed this company four times and haven t received a order or tracking number. It s been almost a month I placed my order on September 23, 2020 and they took my money out my account $113.00 on September 24, 2020 & after all my emails they ve refunded to give me any information on my order. I called they re so call number but it s just a recording referring you to email them concerning you re order. My last email was sent on October 19, 2020 and they ve yet to respond. If only had I googled Steel Roots Decor and read the internet reviews first I would have known is company wasn t legit and a scam and does bad business. I ve read multiple reviews and they re many many people in my situation. I ordered these items for a couple friends B day s in which the date have passed. I ve even asked for my money back but like I ve said they ve yet to respond.

I have not received my entire order. I have tried contacting the company via Facebook and email without a reply. Anyone else have this issue? Can anyone help me get the rest of my order?

Ordered on 10/3 just received my order yesterday 10/29 and it was missing one of signs (I ordered 4 total) . I had contacted them a few times as to the status of my order and only received 1 response (also filed a paypal complaint) and of course their automated response each time. I contacted them again today and hopefully they will send me the missing sign so that I can give both my kids the I love you to the moon and back sign. Can't give only 1 sign to 1 child now can I. Hopefully they will send me the missing sign.

This company is AMAZING!!! I have three orders already from them and one on the way. The quality of the work is amazing. Two of the orders will be Christmas gifts and one was for me. Amen I got the orders - I was blown away how awesome the quality of work was. So beautiful. They are super quick To shop, professional and a joy to order from. I will keep ordering from them.

I agree with several other recent posts. I placed an order 11/7 and have received no updates on the order since but plenty of requests to order more for them. I emailed them on 11/16 to check on the order and received a canned response to allow 48-72 hours for response and still nothing. Tried calling but it says to email. I also tried facebook messaging. I just wish I knew the status. I'm hoping it will be here by Christmas. Wish I would have gone with one of the many other vendors of this type product.

Just heard back with a link to the shipping policies so now I see that I can expect it in December.

So Disappointed. No Response from Steel Roots. No Merchandise. Email Still UNANSWERED. Do NOT waist your time shopping with them.

I received one order waiting on the other 2 orders, but I was blown away by the item when I opened it. Absolutely beautiful!

I ordered the Live Love Laugh sign to go on a wall in my kitchen over my coffee station. I needed something that would fit behind the sliding barn door when it was open. This worked wonderfully. It is a saying I believe in and compliments the decor well.I have gotten many compliments on the sign. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company again.

What a scam. They take your money and never ship anything.

I have ordered several times and I have yet received either order. It be has been at least 3 weeks or longer. I have upset about this.

Had high hopes, a so called American Veteran owned company. Very poor customer service. Feel like I'm dealing with one of those foreign internet companies that never send the product for weeks and never return emails. Sad
Product did finally arive, quality seems good. Wish they had been more honest about the shipping.

I recently purchased the sign I love you to the Moon and Back .. Communication with Steel Roots Decor was the best. I called them and they explained everything very clearly and they were most helpful. The sign arrived in great condition and was better than expected. I highly recommend this company, their products and most of all their customer service. Thanks again for working with me. I am awaiting details on a custom piece that I will be ordering soon.

I just received my order and it was in perfect condition, package was great, I ordered 5 signs that took about 5 weeks to receive via UPS.
