Terrible at responding to customers needs their properties are overpriced for cheap quality. They just want to convince you its a good place to live and then your stuck in a contract for 1 year+.

Horrible management. They will avoid you at all cause and make you call different phone numbers in circles until you have nobody else to talk to. I have been disrespected and lied to by management and would highly recommend avoiding steadfast living.

Lived on Flats at Palisades, Dallas TX for a year. When moving out, the apartments decided to change carpets even when they were in perfect condition and charged us a LOT of money for it. We even have pictures taken at move out and they would just ignore our emails and calls. The only emails we would receive from them were reminders to pay the move out charges.

Decided to call Steadfast Living hotline for help and they just recommended to keep trying to contact Dallas office. DO NOT live on Steadfast living property or the same thing could happen to you.

I am giving this review for your Jefferson at Perimeter community from Dunwoody,Atlanta. The community is good but the management there is totally worst. They will not have any responsibility to address customer issues. I was a resident for more than 7 years and we moved out last year Aug 2020. Still, we didn t get our security deposit back yet from the management and it s a big amount. Sent so many emails, gave so many calls and went directly also, still no proper response fed up with their management service.
Getting the rental amount from resident alone is not important, giving back their security deposit is also more important when they move out....try to understand that

I'm so disappointed at our recent experience at out current apartment. We just renewed our lease and we have always been good tenants. Paid our rent on time ect. My son has a rare heart condition & we recently had to travel for care causing financial hardship. I contacted the office as soon as I was aware there would be an issue and applied for rental assistance. The problem requires the landlord/property manager fill out an application as well which is a very simple online process. I forwarded the link July 3rd. It is now August 10th and we've made no progress despite repeated calls, emails and visiting the office. We keep being told it's been forwarded to the "arts team" but nobody can give us a way to contact this team. We pay a ridiculous amount in rent for service like this and all of these "amenities" that are always closed.
***Adding that Steadfast asked me to message them and I never got a response.

If I can give this place a 0 I would. This is the worst apartment complex (The Meadows at NRH) I have ever lived in. From move in date until now. They use the cheapest material from paint to flooring to polyurethane in the tub. I can write a long story but it will not get me anywhere. I break my lease to move and they have the nerve to charge me a fee. Knowing this apartment was not move in ready!!!

I currently live at the Jefferson at Perimeter in Dunwoody, GA. Biggest mistake of my life. Let it be known that the actual apartments are beautiful. Our unit has hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a fireplace. That is where the luxury of this so-called "luxury" apartment ends.

When I first decided to tour the Jefferson at Perimeter, I called and set up a time for the following week to view the apartment. I received a confirmation email and everything. When I arrived for my tour, I was met with a sign that said "Office Closed". I called over and over and was sent immediately to voicemail every time. After this happened, I should have taken the Jefferson off my list entirely, but I was young and naive so I gave them a second chance.

My next experience with the Jefferson came when I tried to tour for a second time. Jordan was the staff member tasked with taking me on my tour. I remember being very impressed with how far the management team was willing to go ensure that I would be happy there. Jordan offered me $100/month off of the listing price, free washer/dryer rentals, and a brand new refrigerator. However, when I went to pick up the lease, I was notified that Jordan was no longer with the company and that anything he promised me would not be happening. This was so disheartening because I based my entire apartment decision on those promises.

After Jordan, I was assigned Lorenzo as my leasing agent. He did a good job helping me with my lease and even honored the rent discount Jordan offered. However, when we started having issues with the apartment, Lorenzo suddenly stopped responding. The first issue we had was the lack of the washer/dryer. We were previously promised that it would be installed prior to move in, and here we were a month later with no laundry machines. When someone finally did come to install the machines, they informed us that they had to order a part for the dryer as it was unable to be installed without it. Two weeks passed and maintenance never followed up, so I spent $200 getting it fixed myself.

After that fiasco, everything was calm to an extent. Obviously, management can't do anything about screaming children or inconsiderate neighbors, so we didn't bother them and they didn't bother us. One day, I came home from work to discover that our sink had leaked over a gallon of water. Knowing that water damage is expensive and can inconvenience our downstairs neighbors, I immediately call the emergency maintenance number. Although I did talk to a member of the maintenance staff on the phone, nobody ever came to fix the problem. Our kitchen sink leaked every day for a month. Eventually, we determined that the disposal was broken as well, and the smell of rotting food soon started to accompany the leak. After minimum 5 calls to the corporate line and one threat to sue, we finally got our sink fixed.

Ultimately, this management company does not care about your time, money, or safety. The Jefferson at Perimeter is infested with roaches and rodents, and the office won't even give residents the courtesy of answering the phone.

Last thing, I promise. Will someone please explain to me why the management team LOCKS the trash chute every Friday evening so residents have no choice but to pile trash around the chute? No wonder I've seen more and more rats recently.

Worst customer service of all time. Used to live in an apartment owned by Steadfast on Dallas, TX. When they bought the property, it was instantly noticeable that they only wanted money from you and will try everything to get it. They attempted to charge us late fees even though we always paid on time, among various other things. More recently they are trying to charge us an exorbitant amount of money for replacing carpets that were in PERFECT condition. We have tried contacting Steadfast directly and they have not helped us solve this problem. Do not live in any of their properties if you want to deal with dishonest people and be ripped off. It's a shame that they rely on these practices, especially during these trying times.
