Why every time I make appointments with local doctors in Waterbury they either have long waiting time or if emergencies you can never reach them it s just horrible

This is one of the best clinics that I've been 2 they have nothing but professional there I love it here

I been going to 80 Phoenix Av, Staywell for a long time.and my care has all was been five Stars

Wife had an appt @ 1:45, got here @ 1:20, waited 35 minutes for them 2 tell us she wpuldnt be seen without the bloodwork, couldnt reorder her meds or anything. If someone has a disease such a diabetes its not gonna go away. Then on top of that if you arrive 15 minutes late they won't see you but they deem it acceptable to have you waiting way past your appt time. SMH. I will be looking for another provider

I was outside waiting for my moms appointment to end and it s very hot in the car so I went to go get the keys so I could have some air. And some random old white man with a bald head comes out and says ARE YOU GUYS GONAN TURN THAT OFF in such a rude way. He could ve asked nicely obviously I didn t have the keys i was inside trying to figure out how to fix it from inside. Plus there s just kids in here we obviously don t know what we re doing. I always have such rude experiences here but this one just got to me. And he had the audacity to leave rolling his eyes. he Could ve helped but no. Yet no one else that was walking around seemed to even care. This isn t about their work I just am tired of their attitude all the time. Most ppl here are always having an attitude it s annoying but to come up the the car and yell which he didn t have to since he literally stuck his head in my window that was halfway opened.

I love going here for the doctors, the reason why I gave it a three is because my therapist does not seem to know what she is doing.... I have been in a maintaining relationship for 6 years and ever since I met this woman she has been destroying me.... this lady is the reason I am giving it three stars.....other than that the doctors are great...

They re super annoying , I wouldn t recommend it. They always make you wait , you literally sit there for forever. They work to slow.

no respect for clients. i been a client over 20 years they have neglected to care for my children unless i wait 4 or more months. yesterday my daughter was denied services. becas the lady dr. had a attuide towards me correcting my daughter name when she said it wrong.she had no good morning.jus attuide. me and all my children will never go there again. beware you can get better care for your money.they even charge my visit knowing they did not see my child.you never see the same dr this is not normal ok.

Worst health care center in Waterbury. Very unprofessional staff and lazy enough to even answer the phone. Do not waste your time if your sick this place will make you even sicker.

Dentists assistant was very rude (Maria), I asked for a good dentist and she said if I didn t like it i can leave. Unorganized, somehow they didn t have my files from last visits. She read my information all incorrect. She was saying I had to remove this and that to fix my issue but she was way off, my pain was not on that spot.then The actual dentist came in and showed me the correct information to fix my issue. The assistant was very unprofessional, something is wrong with her.

I would give it 0 stars if I can !! Who ever is suppose too answers phones never does and when they do finally call back they are rude !! I had an appointment scheduled for 9 & of course I get there and they are closed for the storm that is not even happening yet ! No call to let the patient know that their appointment is cancelled when I booked this appointment back in January ! So unprofessional & inconvenient ! This place needs to get their act together ! Giving healthcare a bad name ! Definitely not going back for neither me or my kids

Good place, takes care of people very well but... they hardly ever answer their phone

First and foremost let me say my kids enjoy going to their doctor here. I have never had a bad experience with this location. The only complaint i have is you HAVE to call people back when they leave a message. Ive left about 4 messages over the course of a week and have not gotten a call back and nobody ever answers the phone. I had to call S. Main st location to make an appointment because i couldnt get ahold of anyone. Come on yall can do better!

I love Staywell at times clinic is busy but its not the employees fault you can tell their overworked. I'm rating my last experience at the clinic with Keith Taylor. He handles the paperwork for Prep. He was very helpful and easy to talk to. Rosette at the front desk is a sweetheart.

Horrible service. Needs a new receptionist for starts! Lady says she been there for "12 years" but attitude very yucky!! No help what so ever she just wanted to go back and forth all I was trying to do was make an appointment

They never answer the phone you even if you call early in the morning. I know they're overworked but that's one part of their job answering the phone.

Horrible horrible place! I can t ever get through the lines. And Every time my kids have an appointment they call me the day of the appointment to reschedule because there s no doctors there..

They don't pick up the phone & always have you on hold when they do. Attitudes are off the scale

Personally I like the place & EVERY1 their are VERYYYYY good & friendly. I have a good doctor Dr.Lea I think that's how u spell it. Shes AWSOME!!! But my ONLY problem & issue I have is they NEVERRRRRR EVERRRRRRRR PIK UP THE DAM FONE ITS CRZY!!!! But if they answered my calls everytime I call they would get 5

Very poor service and will not answer the phone or call you back they need more supervison absolutely no public service skills. Most get it together

Seems as though they do not care. They never pick up the phone. Doctors come and go. Your doctor is changed every 6 months or so. They are not on the same page. They give you nonsence referrals to doctors they only recommend. When asked if I could choose my own specialist in my insurance network they gave me a blank look and asked why. They perscribe dangerous medicine without a diagnosis. This place should be shut down. I Changed my Doctor who is committed to her practice.

My personal experience with Staywell has been exceptional! My Doctor and my Medical Case Manager are thee BEST!

The nurse who weighed me and collected my urine and stuff was really nice. The secretary however gave me an appointment and when I came in for my appointment I sat there for about an hour and eventually was told that I never showed up for my scheduled appointment. I then showed the secretary the appointment card that SHE Filled out with that day on there and all she had to say was "oh". She scheduled me in the computer 2 weeks earlier than the date she gave me! So after waiting over an hour I was called in by the nurse and after she finished I was told to go into a room for the actual obgyn to do her check up and she asked me a few questions about birth control and my sexual activity and such and when I answered them she had such an attitude I didn't say anything because I wasn't going to make a scene in the office but all I could think was " lady, I am here for you to do a check up not for you to voice your opinion on how I'm living my life and what I am doing with myself so mind your damn business and finish doing your job !" It just seemed like her and the secretary were very uptight and need to find a job elsewhere because obviously they don't like there jobs.

The attention of the staff is incredible, they are very friendly, they attend with great respect and kindness and they speak both languages. As for the nurses, they are very professional and very helpful.
The Doctors are very well trained and very professional. I am not trading Stay Well Center for the world.
Here you have all the medical attention you need, if you have a health problem I recommend it, call now to be treated now.
