Great for kids! Our 11 month old grandson enjoyed our day. Good supply of pumpkins.
I wasn't a fan of this place. A lot of the things for the kids were broken. And there wasn't a lot to do other wise. Stuckey farms is way better.
Not worth it!!!!!!! Pay $7 and you still have to pay for stuff. That's greed at its finest.
I was there with family and friends on Saturday, October 20th, and we were totally BLOWN away!
I'm rating this a "3 star" mostly because of the price of admission. $7 is a little steep to still expect people (read: mom's and dad's) to pay more for the kid's to go down the inflatable slide, bounce in the bounce house, or go for a tractor-train ride (each is a $1 a ride of $5 unlimited). At least the tractor ride to the patch and petting the animals was included. Otherwise, it's a nice, small farm close by to Noblesville that'll let suburban people get their pumpkin hunting experience.
Something there for everyone. Hay rides, corn maze, a big variety of animals, and a good time in the fall
My family had an absolute blast here! It was $10 a person so I was hoping I wasn't going to be disappointed because 40 bucks for a pumpkin patch is a little steep. The amount of activities they had for all ages was impressive, and my family could have stayed from open to close and have been entertained the entire time. I don't know how comparable the prices are of their pumpkins (one of the few things not included in the price of admission) because I always get them cheap at a grocery store, but the rest of the place was definitely worth the $40.
I can't begin to say enough great things about Russel farms. I went with my sons class on a field trio. It was so cold that day,but we had so a great time and learned so many things. The cold was the only downside
Go to Tuttle Orchards instead, they don't charge anything just to get in. $7 at Russell Farms is a ripoff when you figure that most adults are just there just to take pictures of the kids.
This is a great place but it was very muddy the day we came
Such an amazing place with plenty of stuff for kids to do.
Been going for 3 years with my family. It gets better every year we go! Can't wait to go next year!
a little expensive if you don t have kids. there is lots to do if you have kids but if you don t it s kind of a waste. i liked that they keep adding on each year and hopefully they will start adding things for adults. Alot of pumpkin patches in chicago are great for kids and adults and i recommend they use that as an example in the future.
A pumpkin patch with no pumpkins! Seriously, they were either diseased or busted. Take your pick! You want snacks? Too bad, there s hardly a selection. If I were Russell I would be disappointed in myself. He should change his name from Russell to hustle.
$10 dollar entry fee for adults and $12 dollars for kids for a bouncey slide and hay ride. When asked if we have to pay just to walk around while the kids got to do the activities she told us well you don t have to stay ? Very rude to say infront of kids. We left. Didn t stay. I ve never been to a pumpkin patch that charged you over $5 to get in. With a large family, we d spend over $100 just to get in. No thank you.
Drove 1 hour and 45 minutes and it was well worth it. Such a huge place and a ton of different things for the kids to do like Seesaws, enormous bouncy slide, multiple playgrounds, putt putt golf to name a few. Port-o-pots for restrooms but plenty of hand sanitizer stations everywhere and the staff was constantly sanitizing surfaces.
Great place for the family! Clean and Friendly.
They donated pumpkins to our local VFW post for our kids Halloween Party last year!
Had amazing experience. We hosted our son's 2nd B-Day party and everyone had a blast. The farm owners were very helpful and supportive. The farm is really huge and plenty of activities to do. Will go back again next year.
Very great experience with my twin s preschool class. Everything was well organized and the kids absolutely loved it!
We absolutely love coming here for the pumpkin patch! They added a ton more activities and expanded the grounds. More things for smaller kids to do. Prices are arent bad either!
Had a lot of fun with my great grandson and son.
Lots too fr kids and adults.
Not sure about the $7 admission to still have to pay extra for things. The patch was awful too, but to be expected at the end of the season I guess. Nice people working there I honestly liked stoney creek better. You pay a little more, but quality was better. You pay for what you get.
Had lots of activities to do for all ages. 2 playgrounds, one for little kids and one for older kids. 2 corn mazes, small and large. 2 country stores and a concession stand. Petting zoo, giant slides, and hay rides
Love this place. Been bringing our kids for years. The corn mazes are fun. Plenty to keep you busy for an afternoon. Staff is always friendly.
Fun, but they charge you to get in , as well as for each individual thing that you do. I wish it was all inclusive. For that reason, we prefer to go to greenfield.
A lot of fun for the kids. Large inflatable slides, tractor rides, corn maze and so many more fun activities. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
This place is absolutley stunning! Everyone so kind and so much to do ! First time going during COVID19 & let me tell you the staff were excellent! This wonderful Farm will now be apart of our family tradition! They are on top of cleaniness and even with these unprecedented times still had an abundance of activities! Sanitizer stations set up everywhere! Corn mazes , show animals many Fall goodies , decor , bounce, slides tractor ride, races , pedal cars , kiddie train , Family set up potrait photo stations ! Thats just to name a few!
Had a great time, not really the biggest place, but a great staff made my little guy have a lot of fun.
Drove up, saw absolutely no one wearing masks. Not even the staff. "Social distance" was nonexistent. You do know there's a pandemic going on, right? I'm not paying 12 dollars to walk through a corn maze and catch COVID. Do better.
My family and I have been waiting all week to visit the farm. We took a day off work, got all ready, drove 45 minutes and it was packed! With not ONE person wearing a mask. No pumpkin patch for us today. Tuttle farms was even more busy with a few people wearing masks, but we can t risk it :( Maybe next year.
They are the sweetest family and staff. They make you feel like family, especially Laura. Animals are so great, pumpkins and store items are fun. Love the variety of gords Tons to do at a great price.
Corn maze was fun but extreemly muddy, didnt stop us though. Slide was only 1$ more or 5$ unlimited...Dissapointed in the pumpkin patch!!! It took us awhile to find ones that werent rotten or smashed. :( main reason we visited...hayrides were over crowded.
The kids had fun but it was crowded and the pumpkins were really picked over in the patch.
Didn't get to do much at the place but I'm sure others would be able to do better
I NEVER review places but I just learned about this place a few months ago. On a whim I scheduled my daughter's 4th bd party here so I took all 3 of my kids here to preview it. We spent 3 hours that first visit and could have stayed longer! It was insanely muddy in the corn maze and I ended up throwing away 2 pairs of shoes, but... It's a corn maze. Lesson learned. Went back today for the bd party. The staff were all so nice and attentive (not annoyingly over-attentive) and some went out of their way to introduce themselves and wish my daughter a happy birthday. The activities are perfect for my kids' ages (6, 4, 3) to spend HOURS here. They had heavily tarped the tent over and around our reserved picnic area which I thought was a nice touch for a colder, light rainy, late October day. I'm definitely going to make this place an annual place to visit and highly recommend this place for kids' birthday parties!
I have two toddlers and we loved it! It was so much fun, a lot more people than I expected. We didn't get to do the hay ride but we are definitely going back!
What an amazing place! We had so much fun and all the workers were so incredibly kind to us. There was a lot to do and I cannot wait until next year! 2020 has been such a horrible year for us and we really needed today. Honestly and truly, thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts. We needed this and you guys are absolutely amazing!
Pretty nice afternoon. I felt for the price of admission they could have included all of the rides and extra activities without an extra fee. But everything was in very nice shape and the people were friendly.
I work for a private in home special needs company. A couple of my coworkers and I brought our client kiddos here on a fun fall day whim without knowing about the weekday school activities that were going on. The staff quickly accommodated us and let us tag along, grab pumpkins, etc,,. One staff member even took our kiddos on a ride around in his 4 wheeler/ Gator when they got bored of following the school groups. Seriously cannot thank Russell Farms enough for showing compassion and kindness and helping these kids have a blast!
This place is pretty awesome, even if it's a little on the expensive side. There are other places that are just as nice, but don't have as much to do. I would totally go back though.
Went here with my daughter's. Fun experience to pick your own pumpkins. It's a great family place with younger kids.
Great place to take kids. The price is the worst part. $12 for my 3 year old is crazy.
Nice patch and great prices. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great for all ages
Great outdoor fun place, had a small event there everything was nice
A wonderful place full of fun activities for my family..will be going back
Well we drove 1 hour from Muncie excited for Fall and the Hay Ride and the other activities and we get there and no one is sitting where you pay and we went to the front office and the lady says very rudely We are only on the weekends and this is a field trip please leave we had a 2 year old excited for this and her excitement was just crushed thanks Russels for doing it
Meh. It was okay. The pedal cars were broke down. The hay ride was short. Purchase the pumpkins up front, as the ones in the field were rotten. (No fault of the farm itself).
Another fantastic annual visit to Russell Farms. It was very busy, but there's enough space and activities that there was no stress and only waiting at the ' hottest' events, the ginormous blow up slide, for example. If you haven't been and have little children in your family or if you're thinking about whether to do back, you owe it to yourself to check it out (again). And of course, there's the pumpkin patch ...
Admission is for 2 nice corn mazes and lots of activities geared toward kids. Slide, bounce house, face painting, petting zoo, and other stuff like that.
Absolutely loved the atmosphere. Family fun and for all ages.
I was super sad that Stoney Creek closed, but then we found this place and I see why it's such a hit!!
Cider slushys were amazing! Caramel apples were incredibly crisp and so delicious . My four year old had an absolute blast with all the activities and I loved that they were all included in the price of admission.
The corn maze was super kid friendly and he had a blast hunting down all the hidden boxes to get a surprise.
Hay ride was so relaxing and fun. However the worst part about this place and the only reason they aren't getting five stars... was the pumpkin patch. It was store bought pumpkins dumped in a field and most were rotting already. Bummer for us.
Mostly went for the larger maze. It was pretty good, though flooded a bit in one area. Rest of it was okay; we just looked around. Most of it would only interest a child. Pumpkins looked a bit pricey out front.
Great place to take the family for a few hours of fun. There is lots to do and explore and the pumpkins are not over priced.
Sorry didn t rate bc I ve been there bc I haven t yet. Just confused bc a few of the Q & A s on the Google search result for this place said that the entry fee covers EVERYTHING except pumpkins and also some said $7 and some $10. Personally I don t think there should be a fee to enter at all because as a mother nearing the young age of 40 I don t think I am there to go down and inflatable slide or jump a bouncy house. However certainly ridiculous to charge to get in and then charge per activity to me that is very green and not a very family value oriented in my opinion to try and take advantage to cash in on just doing something so simple and pure and just wanting to take photos of our personally I don t think there should be a fee to enter at all because as a mother nearing the young age of 40 I don t think I am there to go down and inflatable slide or jump a bouncy house. I think not! Thank God for the reviews! Lark Ranch is AMAZING !!! No entry fee and super cheap for the activities and so much fun even for parents. We were there for 5 hrs and could ve stayed longer !!
It was our first time as a family at a Pumpkin Patch and we had a blast! Plenty of activities for the kids including a giant inflatable slide and mini train ride! They also have the hayride and corn maze for the adults!
Great play spaces for kids and 2 corn mazes. Lots of variety of pumpkins available. We had a lot of fun!
Extremely unorganized and very over priced. Hardly any pumpkins in the patch to pick from. The lines were ridiculous with very few workers or working just chatting among themselves. The food/snack quality was terrible and shame on them for the prices. First and last trip at this one.
Compared to how it was 2 years ago its so much bigger. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. They have so much for the kids to do and it DOESN'T coast extra. You pay any entry fee and all activities come with it. Very nice place to spend the day with the family.
We were excited to come back here as it s been years since we ve been back. After giving them $60 of our money for entry and pumpkins we were accused of stealing the pumpkins as we were walking out! My 8 year old was mortified, understandably. My family of four will NOT be back.
Lots of things to do for young and old, all included in the entrance fee! Lots of different sized pumpkins and prices. We spent 3 hours there and still needed more time! All the staff was very nice. A great way to spend an afternoon with your family.
I have no idea how this place has less than 5 stars by other reviewers. My family had so much fun. We were there for two hours and they wanted to stay longer to keep playing. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful. They have several activities for big and small kids. The shop and pumpkins were very affordable and great quality. Can't wait to go again next year!
