Best shop around! The best service I've ever had going to a shop! Very kind and professional. And really great knowledge and experience that you just dont get from other shops. I've been his customer for 8 years and he's never let me down! Really glad I was introduced to this place. And even though I live 12 hours away this is where I come to for car audio and car starters! My remote starter suddenly quit working & it wasn't the batteries in the key fob so I gave Bob a call to see if he had time to check it out for me. He asked me to describe what it was actually doing & he knew instantly what the issue was & instructed me how to reset it over the phone. Great customer service! I would recommend anyone looking for a guy with great knowledge about remote starters to go see him

This is a shop for people that are serious about sound, Bob Beaton is a wizard when it comes to wiring, with 20 years of experience. If he doesn't do the job for you because of time constraints, he still has a plethora of knowledge and innovative ideas on how to accomplish the sound and look you desire.

Disclaimer: He's not big box, he's custom audio and only custom audio. After all, you wouldn't take your Armani suit to a child to get it adjusted.

Called to ask a couple questions got interrupted and told to book an appointment 100$ an hour. Super rude

Terrible shop and unprofessional service. I will never go back there again! It's hard to believe shops like that stay in business. The guy who runs it is never there we you need service and the installations are very sketchy to say the least. Try Visions, Future Shop or some other independent. But...stay away from Stay Tuned at all costs!

I went in today to see about purchasing some wire for a DIY project I am doing and was met by a rude individual. I said I purchased some car audio gear online, and before I could finish he went on a rant about how he hears that all the time, and now he will have to fix my screw ups, and how he will charge me double now because I didn't come to him first. After he finished his rant I just said thanks and as I was leaving he said, "wait I was only joking".
I would have been happy to spend a few hundred bucks getting what I needed, but I don't need to take that kind of abuse. Instead I went to Visions where they were happy to help me out, regardless where I got my gear from.

Bob is excellent at what he does! Very knowledgeable . i had a problem with my vehicle a week after having my car starter upgraded. Bob went far and beyond to help me Get the issue resolved! Turned out to be a common problem with the heater system in my truck.(Nothing to do with the car starter up grade) Bob Installed the new heater resistor motor pack and the problem was fixed! Thanks again bob for being professional! A++++++

This place is a rip off! Went there because my friend told me to. The guy running the place talked me into buying what he said was best. to me the stock speakers sounded better. no follow up service to try a fix it just said he wanted more money. Wont be stepping in there agian
