Extremely Rude people working for statefire in Rexburg Idaho

I called twice trying to get someone to call to set up an appointment. I finally called a different company. When someone finally called me he was extremely rude and hung up on me. Never using State Fire again.

Great service friendly quality driven detail oriented

They are great I worked with Casey and he went above and beyond and most of the items we bought were at cost or below.

Fixed leaking sprinkler on a low pressure system (< 20psi). A system they converted to the low pressure 5 years prior. Repairman set pressure to 80psi after fix. Next day pipe broke causing 100k's in damage. I felt they should take some responsibility and at least wave the $900 bill to fix initial sprinkler. (insult to injury). Their response we showed "no negligence on our part". Unethical and unprofessional response.

I have been working with the guys at State Fire for the last 8 years. They are thorough and know their stuff. If you need a fire alarm system talk to them and they will help you out. If you need a suppression system (FM-200, NOVEC, Ansul) they can take care of you.
