Insurance isn't something you want to use, but when you need it, you want the confidence and comfort that the firm you are with will be there. Roger's agency always has been. I recently relocated to Colorado, but before moving I was provided rates/quotes from my insurancecompanyat that time. I was told that "it was the best" that company can do. Once I arrived to Colorado, I heard great things about Roger Mangan as an Agent, and his office, that I decided to get a quote from his office; he and he and his staff were so helpful and knowledgeable and professional. Their rate was cheaper! And they saved me a lot of money. I would highly recommend them!

Yes, great customer service still exists - right here! Roger and his staff care about their clients and it shows. They work seamlessly with third parties to get your home and auto claims quickly processed. They don't sell you what you don't need, yet make sure you have the right coverage. And they are the kind of people you'd like to have as your neighbor! Great job, Roger!!

Awful! A complete pain in the ass to work with! I wanted to transfer my insurance to another State Farm agent who is a friend of mine. Roger and his staff made the process extremely difficult! After several phone calls and attempts to get my insurance transferred, he still would not release me! Very frustrating and I highly encourage everyone to save themselves the headaches and look elsewhere for placing their insurance.

Thank you Roger for helping my family get insured properly. I only thought I could afford car insurance, but I was able to get auto, renters, and 2 life policies.
