Awful! A complete pain in the ass to work with! I wanted to transfer my insurance to another State Farm agent who is a friend of mine. Roger and his staff made the process extremely difficult! After several phone calls and attempts to get my insurance transferred, he still would not release me! Very frustrating and I highly encourage everyone to save themselves the headaches and look elsewhere for placing their insurance.
