I stayed in the hotel for 2 days on business purpose . This is my first visit to the Westin hotel. To be honest as soon as I checked in I felt like I'm lost. But later on I received good assistance and service from the hotel . Really felt special with the staff people. I would like to thank Mr. Yeshwanth from front office , he was so welcoming and explained me about the hotel politely, cleared my queries with very much patience ,that was a cool gesture by him indeed . I wish him good luck and it was really a good trip for me. I received the true hospitality .

Ambient atmosphere, super delicious buffet, melodious music, perfect photo shoot spot, tall building, friendly staff, to say a few.
just go and binge eat or else you will have regret later for sure..

The Westin made my first trip to India (from the US) for a business trip incredibly smooth in July 2019. They handled airport transportation. The staff were the most welcoming of any hotel I've probably ever been to.

Western travelers are definitely catered to and you'll find many things to make you feel at home while also making available as much locally as you'd like. For example, all meals were available at an enormous buffet off of the lobby (the other restaurants downstairs were fantastic too!). There were western, Indian, and many other flavors available every day. Room service was quick with good food too which was very helpful during evenings when I was on business calls and couldn't leave to go to even the buffet.

With my Marriott status they upgraded me to a suite and it was absolutely beautiful! It was nice to have some extra space for my two-week stay even if some of it was excessive. There was a lounge too although with the buffet included in my rate and/or paid by my company each meal I didn't spend too much time there. I did grab drinks and some evening snacks occasionally.

I highly recommend the Westin and will definitely return!

Rooms, Interior , Ambience , are really excellent.
The staff is very well helpful and they take care of all your needs.
The Room Service is really nice.
Breakfast Buffet is a must at this place due to wide variety of food items.
The room is very clean and are well sanitised.
Located at Hi Tech City, you have many attractions near by.
Amazing stay and best experience

A very decent and high level of hotels, forums,tech park were here under properly maintaining security services i entered here to attend interview for my new job after that i just roaming around to observe this environment here they planted lot of plants and trees and watering every were wondering atmosphere for workers a very calm place cost of living is worthy

All good things about this five star hotel don t hold good anymore
They served us non veg by mistake and then kept sending us foodies to pacify
We took the suite room which was fine but the ac was never cool
We kept telling them and they accepted they have an issue
The breakfast spread was standard and the buffet spread on sun was good which they have eventually stopped serving very recently because of the pandemic
Everything is sent to the room and they are lethargic when it comes to cleaning the staff keeps complaining about how they are overworked because of shortage of manpower even the manager is in a hurry to close down not thinking that the guest has spent
