Telsec provides excellent services for businesses. I've been leasing office space and virtual services from Telsec for many years and highly recommend them.

Their facilities are well equipped with private & shared office spaces, fax/scanning/printing services, and boardrooms available for meetings.

We chose the 1 Yonge St. Telsec office as it is very accessible for people with disabilities and centrally located blocks from Union Station, the transit hub of Toronto. The area is surrounded by parklands and sits on the Toronto Waterfront.

I was looking for a place in Toronto to give my business a Canadian address and a spot to hold meetings when I am in Toronto. After speaking with a very helpful lady named Victoria, I knew this was the place for me to set up my new business in Canada.

I actually like this building. Quite nice with a cool concept. I love the view of this place.

I've been a customer of theirs for the past 7 years now and I have to admit they are the best business center in downtown Toronto with excellent customer service experience and friendly staff and management team.

Telsec has been nothing short of an amazing experience for me and my needs. Telsec has great offices and are complimented by first class staff who ALWAYS seem to naturally go above and beyond the call of duty to deliver exceptional service. Regus and other big names might be closer to the financial triangle but the difference between Telsec and those companies are that they do not criminally charge and are exceptional, besides the location really is not that far to walk.

I can honestly suggest that people who write negative comments, should take a stroll to Regus or other bigger places then come back and re-write a comment. Telsec's premier office is a fraction of other companies that charge a criminal amount.

I love the training rooms at this place. I use them for my photography workshops on a monthly basis. I now even use Telsec for my business address, $30 for an address is a true bargain.

Extraordinarily easy to work with, good office space and amenities. Excellent rates. Amazing street address at the south end of the longest street in the world.

Is EWC (A Canadian International study and work company) located in Telsec Business Centre? Please I need a reply

I have offices in both Vancouver and Toronto. I travel between the two quite often. The staff in my Toronto office at Telsec is always helpful. When I let them know that I will be in Toronto, they will hold my mail instead of the usual forwarding to my Vancouver office space.
While I was in the office this past week, one of the staff thought to tell me a small office with a view of Lake Ontario will come available next month. While it is slightly more expensive than my current office that faced downtown, they remembered that I was considering a lake view office. I had to take it, because I will be spending more time this year in Toronto than in Vancouver and I love looking out over the the lake when I need to take a break.

We have been trying to reach this company for renting their office but they are very unresponsive to the point that it is unprofessional and unreliable.
My colleague has emailed and called multiple times to Telsec for days inquiring about their services and finally someone called Vanessa Graziosi responded by email only. After submitting an application by email with your personal info, they do not respond to you anymore despite you call and email them multiple times about an important matter. All of their phone extensions go to voice mail. We were never able to speak to a real person. There was no explanation for their delay and lack of response.
It seems as though they are closed down. Businesses should beware of this company. Business is often conducted in a face paced environment and prompt communication is very important. This company failed to fulfill simple tasks (responding to emails and calls) and I would not trust a company like this to handle my mail or any office matters.

We've had our office address at Telsec for almost two years and we are extremely happy with their services and professionalism! Great team, very pleasant staff and handling of our business needs is top notch! Keep it up!

Having a downtown office space at 1 Yonge Street is very impressive to my customers. But that is not the only reason I really like this space. Hey, in the morning I get a free newspaper and enjoy free coffee all day. The meeting rooms are ultra modern and have the technology I need. I was so impressed by this place that I took them on as a client for my photography and social media business

I needed a place to have some meetings and to hold a training seminar, a friend told me about Telsec and I was really impressed with the facilities. I was even more impressed with the staff and how helpful they were when I forgot to bring a HDMI cable for my laptop, they had one that they let me use. Next time I am back in Canada and need to have a meeting, I know where I will be going.
