Stardot Technology Pty Ltd Review

Very disappointing. I've bought from them in the past to support the little guy but as of today .. never never again. I also tried to buy a new PC from them recently but the quote was a joke and didn't include the specs I asked for. Today I tried to exchange a keyboard as it was not to my liking. Should have heard the excuses. Terrible. I'm happy to pay an extra 30% for stuff at a PC shop up the road.. just not these guys. Like I said.. never again.

Good range of computer accessories and stuff. Went all over the Redlands looking for CPU heatsink paste to urgently re-assemble my laptop and this was the only place that had some, in fact they had several types and brands to choose from. Five stars from me!

THIS STORE!!! wow. Amazing staff. I just bought a new gaming pc from this place and they matched very hard to match prices! The build quality they did was FLAWLESS i will definitely will be shopping here for all my I.T. needs in the future!

Thomas was wonderful. Sorted by wifi extender problem which in turn fixed my other internet problems. He also fixed my printer problems related to my wifi/internet problems. Used plain english, not techno speak. Great work.

Those guys are always very helpful even with odd requests. Quite a lot stuff on display so if you like browsing then that's the place. Prices are decent too. Bought heaps of stuff from them. Some staff members should be more efficient with payment/invoice processing tho.

I went to Stardot Capalaba with a computer problem. I met Joshua there who quickly diagnosed my computers issues. He got the job going straight away it was absolutely amazing service, their knowledge and service was second to none. I walked in yesterday 4.00pm with a catastrophe and they repaired my computer ready for pickup 11am today and I am back in business. Thank you Joshua for your prompt service

Have used several times now. Staff are friendly stock levels are good and selection varied. Have everything from components to full systems. Friendly helpful staff. Prices seem about right. I have no problem recommending them.

Took in all my parts after ringing up a week before to ask. The service was excellent, always making sure I knew pricing and whether or not my parts would fit in my case etc. Dropped off my parts and said it didn't matter how long it took to build, a couple hours later I got a call saying it was finished and would cost about what was quoted. Super happy so far, just have to pick it up and get it going. Will update when I do.
