Over all great service, my haircut was good and I am happy.

Edit .. someone got back to me an explain why the system keep changing the price, was able to book the service I need for this week.

Super misleading ! You pick a time and price to only double it when confirming the booking. Plus it only shows you the price after you created an account.

Don t put a price if you don t offer that service.

I used to go to the Eveline Charles in the south and it provided great services.

I have received fantastic therapeutic massage from Tiffany-Renee. I have had many massages in the past, but this girl has magic hands. She creates a very soothing atmosphere accompanied with essential oils that adds to the whole experience. She resolved my mobility issues and I felt myself again. Tiffany-Renee is very caring of her clients and after the massage she offered me a cup of mint tea. She is a very skilled therapist with extensive knowledge in her field. I would strongly recommend her and I will be back in the future. Thank you Tiffany-Renee.

I had Michelle as my stylist and she went above and beyond with her knowledge and creative flair. I showed her a bunch of pictures and what I was hoping to achieve. I was a little indiscisvie and told her to do what she thought would be best. She did not disappoint !My hair has never looked so amazing and felt the best it has in forever. I have constantly been getting compliments. She gave me an amazing cut with the razor and my super thick hair is so easily styled and managed. My colour has lasted so well and I cannot wait for my next visit. If your looking for a fun, creative, cool stylist Michelle is your girl!

The stylist I see is Andrea and she is absolutely amazing! I have been going to her for almost two years now and every time I go she nails it out of the park and I am just in aw of her work and get so so many compliments.

I went to Eveline Charles for the first time and it was amazing. I had Brittany as my hairdresser and from the beginning she was spirited and positive. We had some good conversations and she told me about her experiences with hairstyling. I got a simple cut with some front framing bangs, and they are amazing. By far the best hair stylist i ve been to! The environment was welcoming for the most part except for the front end staff, who were a little distant. Brittany made up for it though! I will definitely be coming again - I recommend this place!!

I've gone here a few times with Harley (hairstylist) and loved it! She really listens to what I want and is realistic with me on what my hair can achieve (my hair is very warm toned and can be picky when it comes to bleach). She is great at answering any questions I have about my hair and even how to style it myself just like she does at the salon! Harley is so great to talk with while I get my hair done and always treats me well! Plus she recommended some great products that I am loving!! :) Highly recommend Harley!

Anzhela was amazing ! She has done my hair 3 times now and has always made it look amazing ! She s professional yet very personable. I always have an amazing experience with her and I ll be coming to her for sure ! :) (PS hair wash and scalp massage was AMAZING! Silk fusion mask was so nice and made my hair smell amazing)

Natasha at West Edmonton Mall has been doing my hair for years. She is the real deal. An incredible artist and stylist and a great human being. I met her when Evelyn Charles had a downtown location and although I am a VERY nervous driver, when she moved to the West Ed Location I made the trip to West Edmonton Mall because that is how good she is. I highly recommend going to see her. Also if you are a person who doesn't like much chit chat, she will feel you out and be quiet. If you do like to talk, she will do that too and is very educated and open minded about many things. I always go home feeling amazing and like I have spent time with a really great and interesting person. You would be lucky to have an appointment with her.

Jamie Johner was the stylist that worked on my curly hair. She was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable which was evident from her ability to explain the techniques she would use to layer my hair. I was impressed by the fact that she took time to listen and understand what I want and then focused on suggesting the way to reach that goal. I would definitely be back and would recommend Jamie to anyone. As well just wanted to mention that the salon staff was amazing, even though I was a walk-in during pandemic time, they treated me with exceptional care and attention. Great compliment to the ladies for an outstanding work!

I have been seeing Natasha for about five years now. It has always been hard for me to find a hair stylist who understands how to cut and style curly hair, Natasha understood. Every time I make an appointment I always look forward to seeing her. She encompasses professionalism, style and grace, She will always sit down and discuss what I am looking for in a cut and colour. She takes the time to ensure every piece of hair is perfect. I have always left the salon feeling like a million bucks, in love with my refreshed hair. I highly recommend making an appointment with Natasha. I have sent family and friends to see her and they have all absolutely loved her and their hair!
