Staff need better attitude. Coffee tastes burnt all the time
Good service. Generally not too crowded. Lacks a drive-through option.
Always great atmosphere in the store! Very warm and friendly
Lots of seating and a bunch of comfy chairs. Plenty of parking in the rear
I had an issue with my coffee order (which is rare) and Jason (who I believe is the manager) resolved the issue quickly and without question. That s customer service! TY.
This staff is REALLY unfriendly. I come in all the time, and am always treated like an annoyance. This staff needs some serious training on how to treat their customers. I'm about two bad experiences away from going to the other coffee shop by my place.
This is hands-down, the worst customer service oriented Starbucks in town. The mornng baristas are curt and rude and the coffee is adequate at best. Will not be back.
The past 5 times that I have visited, they got my food order wrong 3 times. Ouch!
Super nice staff great attention at this location and warm place for a quick bite
People are nice and attentive but the coffee was just above warm. Usually better than we experienced today.
We really enjoyed our visit. The pumpkin spice latte was delicious & the staff was friendly & helpful.
Same as every other Starbucks. Nice quiet environment.
Great staff. Slow wifi, which seems to be the case in Seattle Starbucks. Ironically their home city.
Love *$. HAPPY HOLIDAYS! .How bold am I. Tuck Frump!
This team is an amazing group of people. Some of the nicest people you will ever meet. And Aimee the manager rocks!
Very nice staff. Didn't feel as quick as other Starbucks. May just be that I was headed to my flight, or that the location out and down the hall from Gate D-5 (I think that was the one) looks to be new. Messed up my Mocha Frap and made a caramel one, so I took it as an opportunity to try a caramel Frap since O didn't want to miss the closing of the gate. (Caramel is not bad, though I still like mocha better.)
Consistent once again now that Howard is at the helm.
Clean, friendly, awesome as always. Fun customers to talk to over in West Seattle.
Same place different location. The coffee you expect with quick food ready for on the go. Love that they have dairy free and gluten free options. Not a lot of items, but more thN most.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff makes this Starbucks really worth the trip. They're absolutely wonderful!
Great coffee. Very nice location. Highly recommend.
Burnt coffee just nasty tasting as well as burnt tasting dark choclate
I'm totally comfortable not wearing a bra at this Starbucks. So I live here now.
Bonus points: Clover machine
The worst people are working here
It was take 15 min to take my order
Good wifi lots of outlets everyone's really nice it's a chill place
Workers upbeat, great location catch up with friends
They were understaffed for the time of day and how busy they were, so it was very slow getting my order.
Service was great. Beverages and Food average. Very packed. Cozy place to study or work.
Comfy yet open! Nice covered outdoor patio & a 'quiet space' in the back near their restrooms.
This Starbucks is always busy, but the staff is efficient and friendly. They never fail to greet every customer (usually multiple staff members say hello) and seem genuinely happy to help. They're quick to turn orders around and always make a good coffee. I will drive out of my way to go to this specific Starbucks because I always have a good experience.
Lots of space compared with other locally crowded Starbucks. The staff are nice and facilities seem very clean. The seating area could be refreshed with new furniture and more tables. Most of the seating is counter top which may be a turn off for some people.
This is a great Starbucks! It's big and the workers are always very friendly. I enjoy going there for my coffee breaks.
Jimmy made me the most delicious cup of coffee out of their Italian Roast on the Clover machine. If you like delish, robust, complex, flavorful coffee...this is it!
Good drinks good service, high prices but always consistent from location to location.
Come on..its Starbucks...readily available everywhere...
All the employees I have spoken to seem like they hate working here. The bad energy really comes across to the customers. I don't understand why everyone seems to hate working here. I would rather walk farther to go to the Alaska Junction location.
Restroom code???? Why?? Preventing who's usage exactly? Homeless people?
Enough with that B.S.
Coffee was ok as usual.
Friendly People, I appreciate the hospitality after a night in the woods! It was cold! Thank you beautiful people, letting me journal
didn t know it takes 30 minutes to make an iced, black coffee.
Great people! Rose always has a smile and a friendly greeting!
Staff are friendly, even when busy. Manager, Aimee, has been very supportive of military.
Ok, so why does Google want me to review every place I go to??? Do people really pay attention to what I think? Here I am at Starbucks, and I'm supposed to spend my time reviewing it? Hasn't everyone been to a Starbucks at one point or another, and don't they have an opinion at this point?
Quick and friendly service, chill atmosphere, plenty of seating and outlets.
Friendly stall. A little misinformed about how the card is recharged
On Friday I had to reorder at a different Starbucks they wouldn't remake it and it had so much ice I drink it in 3 drinks.. hate hate that...
Efficient and courteous baristas. Love the Clover-brewed coffee!
Quick and friendly service, good quality. They had a good supply of both Seattle and Washington mugs which, as a tourist, I greatly appreciated.
Worst Starbucks ever!!! Over charged for coffee! Never will go back.
If you've been to a Starbucks then you've been to this Starbucks. They're all the same. That's kinda the point.
Yep. It's a 'bucks. A bit more trendy clientele. Wi-Fi. First visit at this location.
Nice Starbucks. Nice employees. Good beverages and food
Amazing customer service at this location. I had a minor life dilemma and was short a few bucks to board the ferry so I can get to my parent's new house for Xmas. I entered the Starbucks on the corner of Fauntleroy and California with a five dollar gift card I received as a stocking stuffer and promptly asked the cashier "Josh" about the gift card to cash policy. He was informative and quick with the information... Unfortunately the policy wasn't to my favor and after hearing my situation Josh offered to help me further by graciously giving me the $2.00 I was short.
He went above and beyond and I'll be frequenting this location from here on out and you better believe I'll be telling all my friends and family the great customer experience I had here.
Thanks again, Josh. Happy, HAPPY holidays!
I would like to express how much I love the amazing staff of the Starbucks at California and Fauntleroy. They are the most amazing and supporting individuals I've met, are professional at heart! They work hard at making sure that everyone receives the same courteous treatment and warm welcome. They are awesome!
Frenetic and busy on Sunday morning, great friendly service
Super friendly staff and quick service! Lots of spots to sit too
I like this place but depending on the time of day you are there it can be crowded and parking a bit of a challenge.
