Good services provided for community members who need it

The front desk clerk basically told us that you shouldn't use hotwire or other services you should just go through motel that the problem we had was all there fault, just did not come across very professional. Went to desk to get things for pull out couch that we didn't want snd were told they had no blankets. How does a motel not have a blanket, hair dryer didn't work, hand to get new one from service person. The overall experience was not good and have no idea how they got a 4.4 rating!!!

The agency is very nice and accommodating. I used to be in their employment track program and I cannot recommend that particular program, especially if your disabled person is in a fragile emotional state. There is a lot of drama in that program from other clients and the clients can be judgmental too.
