While Star world wide group maybe reputed, shiftkarado has been a disaster in terms of customer service and credibility. As we speak, my goods are yet to be delivered and while I understand there has been a lockdown, reaching the customer care has been a torture. I have been in touch with a certain Waqar who has slightly been a face saver, I spoke to another guy name Rahul and he made me feel as if he s doing a favour on me just talking to me. It has been a month since lockdown has been lifted and yet my goods are not recd!
To come to the point, please invest in a good mover and packer service who have their own vehicles and warehouse instead of relying on aggregators like shiftkarado. They claim to have their own trucks and tempos and warehouses but on day of pickup some random people turn up with some strange names on the receipts.

P.S. I had a vehicle also to be delivered and luckily that reached before lockdown . Although extremely dirty with spit marks (here I regretted not going with Agarwal )
Two pillows that I kept in my car were stolen! I was warned not to keep any goods in my car, hence I accept it s my fault. Honestly the pillow stealing is the only word and warning I lived upto. Terrible service!
