if i could give 0 stars i would.. worst bank ever... closed on random days due to holidays that are not even posted on a calendar (because thats how insignificant the holidays are.. they are closed after 5 mon - thursday and 4:30 on fridays.. not open weekends and if you direct deposit comes in on a holiday you have to wait for the next business day for it to go through.. i hate this bank and I'm closing all accounts as soon as possible
Worst Customer service EVER! if you try to get a hold of member services or the operator you will have a better chance of hitting the lottery. They open M-F 9:30am to 4:30p but nobody is ever answering calls or returning them. Good Luck if you plan on opening an account here.
WORST CREDIT UNION EVER... the customer service is horrible.. there is only like 3 people that work in the whole bank! so no one answers your calls or if you leave a voicemail, they never get back you! They close early, their ATM is always down or "out of money" they never clear checks in a timely manner so the money in your account is on hold for days even if the charges were already posted? but of course when you call to get them cleared.. you have no answer.. I've gotten money stolen from my account from someone all the way in las vegas.. (clearly an inside job) and it took forever for them to get my money back......I can't deal with this bank anymore.. i need to close my accounts and find a new bank. Seriously more stressful than any bank i've ever dealt with.
