The Account Executive who was looking after our company left and our file was misplaced. We were given a proposal for a new phone system pending a Telstra inspection to ensure it can all go ahead. A few follow up calls from us later and nothing has been done. Some 5 months later and nothing. Very disappointed with the service, very disappointed with their willingness to rectify or assist us. Now we have to start all over again with a different company. If you deal with Star21 for a new phone system, beware.......
