Well Stanley Cheverlot still pissed off was there almost 3 hours nobody tried make nothing right with me just anything for ya all get more money its ridicous if you wanna sell a 15,000 dollar car with stuff wrong with it u should b responsible and according to other reviews I'm not the only unhappy customer. I have been here twice in 3 weeks you don't see something wrong with that?

this is our third car/truck that we bought from stanley. i believe that we are loyal customers. during the negotiations i was granted a bed cover for the truck. i then wanted to use1000 accessories discount on side steps. i have two small kids and a wife that is 4 9. this would help gor safety reasons. i was told that they used that on the cover. that wasnt in tge negotiations. i felt taken and used. i bought the truck, but will rethink coming back again

I had brought my car in on March 13 to have my air...

I had brought my car in on March 13 to have my air bag sensor light checked as it had came on a couple days prior. They had to replace a part and said that I should nt have any further issues. My extended warranty didn t cover this so I had to pay over $400 for this fix. Two weeks later the sensor light came back on so I scheduled to have it looked at again. I received a call from the service department sometime later that day stating that the technician forgot to grease the harness and/or door during the prior time. I feel that this was initially done in a half ass manor and not completed satisfactory after forking out almost $500 to get the issues fixed. It s frustrating that I have to keep taking time out of my schedule when it should have been taken care of completely the first time.

Buyers beware!!! I was warned not to go to Stanleys but I didn't listen. They are friendly and very nice until you sign on the dotted line. What should be a happy occasion of a car purchase has turned into a nightmare. Great chevy suv, but not what I needed for work. I couldn't trade in my car, now i have 2 payments. I was told sales tax was taken care of, yes it was financed which made my payments higher. I could of paid this up front. The suv is way too fancy for my work truck. Now I'm stuck, since I signed for a 70 month loan which is ridiculous. Im disappointed with myself for not listening to several folks who told me to stay clear of Stanleys. Jessica Brooks

Really nice staff, and they were very helpful in finding correct answers to my questions. Jeremiah was very helpful in helping me find the right vehicle. The sales manager and finance manager were also very helpful and were low pressure with the sales process. I would certainly recommend Stanley Chevrolet for your next new or used vehicle purchase.

I wanted to lower my monthly car payment and get into a more practical vehicle. When i came into the showroom, Trent Morgan was such a tremendous help in educating me on my options and showing me different vehicles. Everyone at the dealership really made me feel at home. When I decided the 2018 Mailbu was the car I wanted, Ajesh, the sales manager was aggressive in making it happen for me! The final process was flawless and Chuck in finance was very thorough and informative. I am a previous Bill Estes customer but now since dealing w Stanley Chevrolet in McCordsville, I can't imagine buying or leasing elsewhere.

Credit amnesty definition is an offer to ignore a ...

Credit amnesty definition is an offer to ignore a person s bad credit. However when I applied for this during their dime down credit amnesty special I was told they couldn't do anything to help me get into a vehicle because I quote " your credit score is too low and keeping you from getting anything". How does that work? You offer something and deny me based on exactly what you say you will ignore. That is false advertising. I make $2500/mth which is WELL over your requires amount to qualify. While the sales associate I talked to was very polite I don't appreciate false advertisements just to have my credit ran, which is obviously not so great in the first place, just to have another hard inquiry on it to bring it down even more if you would be honest and say you do not really ignore ones credit.

I enjoy the quick service I receive when I have my car serviced at Stanley Chevrolet. It feels good not having to wait an extended amount of time. The staff is extremely courteous and friendly which makes for a pleasant experience. However, the best part of my experience is Stanley's warm inviting atmosphere in the waiting area! It's very neat and clean, with nice comfortable chairs, two TV's, and separate a playroom area. When you walk in an aroma of fresh hot coffee & popcorn fill the air. I always bring my daughter with me and she especially enjoys the popcorn, but yesterday we had a special sweet treat; McCordsville's famous Tim's Donuts! With comforts like these, who would want to go anywhere else! Thank you so very much Stanley Chevrolet! :)

Have been twice to service car. THE MOST UNFRIENDLY STAFF. I called about staff they told me a Stanley would call me. I waited a month NO CALL. I called again told them the problem. And told them I will take my car somewhere else. Told them I was done with this dealer. I thought a family owned place would be a good experience. I was wrong. They said Stanley would call several weeks later they called. I told them I was done so I didn't answer. THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN 50 YEARS.

Their service dept. basically lied to us claiming ...

Their service dept. basically lied to us claiming a blower motor needed replaced (to the tune of OVER $600) when in fact it was another part causing the motor not to work. We called them out on it, they said "we always change out that part while we're in there. It could go bad in a week" It would have been nice if they would have been honest in the first place...we won't be going back for service or for anything else. Very disappointed...

My husband and I were very impressed with the professionalism, personable, and kindness. After a dissapointing experience at Hare Chevrolet, Stanley was very helpful and thourogh and got us approved for a brand new car! Would definitely recommend Stanley Chevrolet.

I calked in and made an appointment for Saturday at 12:00, but when I arrived for my appointment it was never pit into the computer.

The gentleman handling the appointments for that day squeezed me in anyway getting my car taken care of.

I have always been treated like royalty here, which is why i have bought my cars from Stanley Chevrolet.

Judy was very helpful when she initially contacted me, which made me consider trading in early (probably would not have if she hadn't called). Kaleb was great with follow through after Judy had gone home for the day. Upon arriving at the dealership, Neal was great to work with. He and Ajesh stayed late to get the deal done. I am 100% impressed with the professionalism and teamwork at Stanley Chevrolet.

Stanley Chevrolet is the best in the biz. From the time I walked in the door, I was taken care of and treated extremely well. Their staff was easy to talk to and very informative. I met both the owner and GM and they were both affable and unassuming. The 2019 Chevy Silverado High Country is extremely spacious, like a Tahoe with a bed. Lots of power, an absolute pleasure to drive. I'll continue to give my business to Stanley Chevrolet.

This is an amazing business! Ignore any reviews that have been turned in over the last couple of months - they are simply emotional reactions to the media narrarative that wearing masks somehow makes you a better business when it has actually been shown to be very unhealthy for employees to wear them all the time. I have not been to Stanley Chevrolet personally, but I voice my support for this business and hope that they thrive beyond their wildest imagination! Thank you for not giving in to the false pressure and giving your staff the freedoms granted to us in the Constitution!

Sorry this review is so late but I had such a great experience I couldn t let anymore time go by without letting everyone know about our amazing car buying experience with a truly family owned company! We went to Stanley at the end of February not expecting to even get approved. We had just left Hubler and had a terrible experience of sitting there for hours with terrible customer service and turns out they didn t even run our credit. When we came to Stanley, Ryan Rummell told us he was not going to let us leave empty handed. They gave the kids doughnuts, popcorn and juice and even had a tv and games for them. They bent over backwards for us and we drove away in a 2020 Chevy Malibu! I can t say enough good things about this place, but I was not surprised that my kids, till this day can t stop talking about the car place they love. Everyone was so nice and accommodating and made sure my family was comfortable. Thank you so much to my new Stanley Chevrolet family!!!

Dropped a vehicle off the night before it schedule...

Dropped a vehicle off the night before it scheduled to be worked on told them that I needed it back Friday evening. Next day no phone call. Day after still no phone call my noon. Called and was told that they were working on it as he speaks. Should have an answer in a hr or two. Three hrs later in showed up and was told that the tech got pulled off of it to get another vehicle in that was there before mine. Ok.. but still no diag after two days being there. Took vehicle and will take it or my other ones there agian.

I purchased a pre-owned 2015 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite that needed a minor fix to make it a top-notch vehicle, and they took care of everything! Said they could have them back by early next week. Neither one of them asked my name or again seemed concerned when I said I would go to Tom Wood Honda in Anderson. No way to run a business. Go elsewhere.

Have only had experience with the service department. But they suck. They lied to me about a repair that they said I needed, but didn't. Luckily I didn't pay them the outrageous amount they wanted to "fix" it. It definitely pays to drive to Indy.

Went in for the dime down event and found out it was a lie. I make 350 a week and brought in pay stubs. I told the guy I was wanting to test drive a car and the first words out of his mouth was if I was going to make a down payment. The motto is "its a crime to pay more than a dime. Bring home $350 a week get $30,000 of credit amnesty." I got denied because I didn't have any credit. And I was denied the chance to even test drive the car. I find false advertising very aggravating!

Went to Stanley Chevrolet looking for a nice used truck no one came out to help me for a while when they did come out they did not give me good customer service and acted as if they didn't want to help me at all. In fact he did not help me at all he got back in his cart and started to drive off I guess he thought I couldn't afford anything else.

Bill Cecil is a great salesperson. He is honest and he listen and understand what you're looking for in a car. He goes above and beyond to help you find the vehicle that is comfortable for you.

Ajesh handle the finances. He is great and trust me, if you see a vehicle you would like to purchase, he will make it happen. He does not try to sale you a vehicle that you're interested in or try to get you to purchase something else. If you see something you like and wish to purchase, he will make it happen for you.

My first vehicle was a lease and this time I am buying from Stanley. Both Bill & Ajesh is true and honest when helping you find and purchase a vehicle. They do not pressure you at all. It is hard to find good sales people and finance people to be honest. I will most definitely recommend my family and/or friends to stop by and see both Bill and Ajesh.

I recently had my vehicle vandalized. I am not from Indy and really did not know a reputable place to go. I remember seeing Stanley Chevrolet one day when I was wondering about. I headed over to the service center in a complete panic. There I met Jennifer in service (and the nice blonde lady) and they comforted me. They were the sweetest ladies and made my experience all that I hoped it to be. Jennifer called to check on me and kept me up to date on the status of my repair all along the way. I was given a courtesy vehicle to use until my car was done. I had a co-worker ask about how I liked Stanley as he was in the market. He's going to check them out first. I will also re-visit Stanley this fall when I'm back in the market. All thanks to the great customer service I received. It really does go a long way. Kudos to you ladies. Thanks for making me feel special.

Terrible customer service. They also lie about what your car needs to be repaired. Took a car in they fixed it, then the next day after i took it home and tried to start it the battery needed to be replaced because a part of it was dead... suspicious that it worked fine the day before then over night the battery goes out. Had to buy a brand new battery! Extremely suspicious since the battery was completly fine before i took it into be serviced! Also very rude employees in the service department.
