Upper management needs to be replaced with Educated people that knows what to do

In our opinion Standard Calibrations Inc. is the best Z540 calibration lab in the area. Their prices are very reasonable, the customer service is excellent, turn-around times have been very fast. We highly recommend them for instrument calibrations.

As a veteran, it is an honor to be employed as a civilian with so many other vets. The military brotherhood and I get to go home to my wife and son every night. Everyone I work for and with is amazing. Best job I've ever had .

This company needs better qualified personnel for the management position. It seems like the ones that are in the rolls are unqualified / unfit, no leadership skills, unorganized, lack of training program, pay scale of the is very low, they can't even run a background properly (as in you start working at the company with out a finish background check), and so much more. It's amazing that the cail tech department is still running to this day. I'm glad I was offered a position at Norfolk Naval. The day before I was let go under false Acquisition.

I see this company trying to hide my review on Google. Yall really can't take the truth / facts haha

If you are going to work in the cail tech department. I would suggest you save your time and look elsewhere. They will sit and lie right to you're face about anything. I'm talking about upper management not PMs. The one thing that this department the upper management didn't know that I have a Bachelors degree in software development engineering. I took at pay cut from making 43 dollars an hour thats from the shipyard and to come here to get out of the field I was in. Just to get lied and etc. The program manager needs to work on he's leadership skills and to not lie / waste someone that can due he's job. From what I was doing before I came here wasn't really different that was he's job title.

I will make write up a more detailed description / review of that department when I can.
