My dad had an appointment at 5 we got there at 4:1...

My dad had an appointment at 5 we got there at 4:15 (because of parking and paperwork). There was a girl in there waiting since 2:30. My dad didn't get called in until 7. Theconly reason he evem got called at 7 is because the guy before him couldn't gp through with the test because he was so stressed from eaiting so long his anxiey was heightened. We finally got out aroungld 7:45. The only reason this place even got 1 star is because the lady at the front desk apologized a million times even though it wasn't her fault for people waiting so long. She was the only person available for everyone to vent to, but she just kept apologizing sincerely with a smile on her face and even offered to make everyone coffee.

I'm grateful for this place. Early to late appointments was very helpful. I chosed a late appointment to beat the crowd rush hour less wait time. Great staff as well. Also, if you need transportation they provide that as well. The drivers were well mannered and held great conversation.

Worst customer service! Extremely bad experience. Not one not two but all staff are not helpful and don t stick to their words. Have a horrible experience will never ever suggest anyone to go there!!!!! They have wasted our whole time even in the office waiting for MRI and also faxing the reports as well! They are always scared of customers and will find ways to get rid of them!!!!!

I rely on reviews when it comes to visiting doctors or any medical facility. This place was the most professional, and informative that i have visited. Debbie was very helpful, front desk staff was courteous and the technician answered all my questions as well making sure that I was comfortable. Thanks you Stand Up MRI for your service, not many places know what customer service is.

No idea who is handling your phone calls or schedu...

No idea who is handling your phone calls or scheduling appointments but that person is super unprofessional. Don t answer the phone yeah . Secondly if you need my insurance info call me with enough time not the friday before my appointment when I am not able to get you the information that you need and tell me that if I call the next day you need to reschedule my appointment after I already waited a week and a half.

This place do not value time. They sech me for MRI at 7:30pm and i was there at 7:20pm way before my sech time. They made me wait more than an hour to even get started for MRI..I mean why would u sech someone for MRI n than do not take them as per the appointment time. I had to leave work early for this and cost me lose time from work smh ...terrible

Both the person who worked at the front and the technician were very friendly and extremely accommodating. I m extremely claustrophobic and this was my third time attempting to get an MRI, and they were very patient and kind the entire time and I never felt rushed or uncomfortable.

I had a great experience @ Stand Up MRI. I felt welcome from the moment I arrived until my departure. The staff was very cordial, courteous & attentive. I would definitely go back in the future & highly recommend.

Worst customer service.

Worst customer service.
Waited 2 hrs just to get the test done.
They lied that I came late. I was late 2mins only.
They need professional staff. Few employees were so RUDE!!!

There is two asian technicians there that are not accommodating. I don t think they know what costumer service is. Very rude, they do not give you the emergency button in case something happens to you inside the machine like every other center I have visit. Theres is people who are claustrophobic out there. That is extremely unprofessional. Don t ask you whether you are okay with the positions they are placing you in. Also, if you come with someone as a translator. They separate you from them even though its safe for the person to stay outside the room just because they don t want to be in the same room as you. I am only giving one star because the front desk ladies are very nice.

This is the best place to have an MRI. The staff at the front desk are wonderful. Very friendly, professional, compassionate and make you feel at ease. They are helpful with paperwork, providing transportation to pick you up and drop you off. The Technicians are wonderful too. If you re claustrophobic, they help you feel calm and work with you. I have been coming here for years and have always had a great experience.
