signed up early in the year. they promised the world and didnt spend a single minute actually helping me, all the while still making promises. their transportation is terrible. broken vehicles driven by swearing drivers. i missed at least 50% of my medical appts waiting for transportation that never shows up. no one ever answers so then you call the "emergency" number and all they do is transfer you back to the person who didnt answer. my new service has already done more in the 1st meeting than community care did in 8-9 months

It is Shocking the lack of due diligence the community care team puts in to clients. I have repeated requested hand railings for my brother . They have put in a temporary 6 foot ramp for my brother in the garage which most certainly is not code. They could not put in 8 foot because he ran in to the toolbox in the garage. No one has ever come to the house to see how my brother and his in home workers navigate this. It is dangerous and too much physical exertion for some workers to push him up the ramp. AT LEAST COME TO THE HOUSE!!!! THey said a ramp In The front would be too costly but don t even show up to see if he is safe!!!
