They have one of the best on-site and off-site training instructions. The guards are untrained, I was ill-treated by the head security at a society I went to visit to procure a rental place, he misbehaved, did not let me make an entry to move in out of spite after ten minutes of waiting around right in front of him.. when I called the company about the issue, it was not dealt with.. the company executives told me he is looking out for 'securing' the place when he did not let me either make an entry it give me a visitor pass to move in.. because I questioned him the first time regarding why he did not ask me to make the entry when I first arrived.. I ended up not taking the flat because of the security issue as I felt unsafe in the presence of this security personnel..

The agency makes fake promises and the services provided are nowhere close to a professional service provider. The supervisor allotted doesn't pick up the phone after first visit and has very casual and careless attitude towards customer. My business got impacted big time because of such carelessness. I would highly not recommend them. Good that I didn't hire them for my housing community.
