Dave and Darren both don t return emails or phone calls. Both are very unorganized and my husband and I both have been lied to. Delivery dates and times not honoured and when the job was finally ready to be done it wasn t ready at all. Most of the pieces didn t fit properly as site measurements were poorly and hastily taken. I would never recommend SC to anyone and never use them again.

Even that I just bought a simple backplash for an oven I could tell right off the bat from the phone conversation these guys take alot of pride and competence in their work. Definitely recommend
Recently we ordered a custom 1 piece stainless steel backsplash with a diamond pattern for behind our kitchen range with a 90 degree bend to wrap around the side wall. The fit was perfect, made to the exact measurements we gave them, the order took less than a week and it looks great.
Be careful!! These guys are crooks. I hired Stainless Concepts to do a job for me and when I received the invoice I knew something wasn t right. It turns out that Dave billed me for overtime hours that his employees never worked. His employees both told me so. When I told Dave that I would pay the bill less the overtime hours he charged me for that were never worked he decided he would take me to court and subsequently lied under oath about what had taken place. Thankfully the judge saw right through his lies and decided in my favour. These guys are dishonest bad people. They will rip you off and over charge you. ANYTHING you can get at this place you can get elsewhere. They are not worth the headache. Watch out!
