we are currently a customer of stage 2 and I am going to say this is the worst VoIP company i have ever dealt with in my 18 years in IT.
They lied to us in order to get us to sign and transfer our services to them, and now that we are a customer I am trying to get old phone records which EVERY other VoIP company saves all call records for your entire account existence, Stage 2 on the other hand has took 2 months to produce call records I am requesting and still have not produced!
there admin portal and call reporter web portals are also pretty limited, you need to call stage 2 for any changes you want to your account, it does not allow me to do any edits or changes to the phone system myself without calling them and asking them to make the changes. that is something else that frustrates me as an Admin that I can not control my own phone system.

I do not suggest this company to anyone

We have been a customer of Stage 2 for seven years. Stage 2 implemented and manages our VOIP service and data network that supports and connects 30 users in three locations - the Northeast, South and Northwest. Stage 2 provides us with good call quality, excellent customer service, and a convenient online portal that allows us to do routine management of our VOIP system. We have trusted Stage 2 with our mission critical voice and data requirements and they have never let us down. I would recommend Stage 2's products and service without hesitation.

This is by far the worse company you can deal with...

This is by far the worse company you can deal with. they do not answer calls or emails. after 10 days they assign late charges even if the payment was sent prior to the 10 days period they still post the late fee and you will not find anyone to answer you if you dispute the late fees. big mistake you might want to avoid it. not worse the review.

Stage 2 does not keep their word. We were a partner and Stage 2 does not honor their agreements and pay their resellers. It is nearly impossible to get a response from them. Do not do business with them.

We have been clients of Stage 2 Networks for many ...

We have been clients of Stage 2 Networks for many years now and when there is a technical support issue or need, they are alway's quick & eager to find a solution for the issue. Thankfully though, there has not been to many issues with our network. However, we only use Stage 2 for our Voip phone tech support issues I am sure they offer other technical support areas as well.
