we are currently a customer of stage 2 and I am going to say this is the worst VoIP company i have ever dealt with in my 18 years in IT.
They lied to us in order to get us to sign and transfer our services to them, and now that we are a customer I am trying to get old phone records which EVERY other VoIP company saves all call records for your entire account existence, Stage 2 on the other hand has took 2 months to produce call records I am requesting and still have not produced!
there admin portal and call reporter web portals are also pretty limited, you need to call stage 2 for any changes you want to your account, it does not allow me to do any edits or changes to the phone system myself without calling them and asking them to make the changes. that is something else that frustrates me as an Admin that I can not control my own phone system.

I do not suggest this company to anyone
