The most wonderful hotel we have stayed in recently. Fabulous service, gorgeous rooms (in the antique part of the hotel), superb breakfast, best possible location (5 minutes from Buckingham Palace), excellent food in the American Bar (ask for octopus appetizer and steak). Will definitely stay there next time we are in London.

Such a uniquely wonderful property. I especially love the American Bar which is covered from floor to ceiling with memorabilia from staple American institutions. Not giving any hints as to what you'll see there. Go check it out for yourself.

This Hotel is true Heaven in the heart of the City. Come to enjoy the courtyard bar or impressive wine cellar, or 5 o'clock tea. Service is impeccable, so as the rooms. It is one of the best hotels in European Capitals for me.

The American bar looks great but we sat in the dining room for lunch, which was lovely. We hadn't expected the food to be too incredible but it was actually really nicely done and well priced. Staff were friendly too; all in all we had a good time although it wouldn't be my top pick for London.

A beautiful gem in the heart of London. A cute room converted from horse stables. Incredible service from attentive, but not over bearing staff. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and couldn't recommend more.

Expensive, but most good things in life are. But very comfortable, quiet, and the staff are very attentive to your needs. I will say though that the breakfast quality has gone down a bit over the past 2 years. But it's still good. Also, I don't need 5 people to open doors for me, but I guess that's how it is. Giving it 5 stars nonetheless because it's still quite good.

I had a wonderful experience! The staff is amazing! all became my friends. this is a quiet hotel. very private. I booked this hotel a second time and I think I'll be back again. wonderful exit to the park. excellent location. unfortunately I can not mark food as something special because it's a common problem in England. certainly we can not compare it with Italy or France. but I really, really recommend it!

We loved this hotel. And that says a lot because we are very picky and high maintenance. I originally wanted to stay at the Four Seasons and I m so glad we decided on this boutique 5 star hotel. The staff was was increasingly service oriented. They reached out in advance and really dotted on us the entire trip. The location was perfect. Close to everything. We walked to a lot of places. Loved loved loved it. Specifically, Peter at the concierge was very helpful. All the staff was delightful

Unsurpassed address in London. Living room atmosphere in the middle of the city. If you have the time and opportunity, you should visit the old wine cellar. A wine tasting and a dinner in the cellar vault is a special highlight. Gladly again.

My husband and I visited The Stafford for the night over my birthday weekend. We had a fabulous time. The hotel was immaculate. All staff encounters were spot on, everyone was so helpful.
We stayed in junior suite in the carriage houses, the room was beautiful. Equipped with everything we could ever need.
It was a much needed break in this unsettling time. The Stafford made me feel safe and comfortable and I cannot wait time return.

Luxe with an early 20th Century vibe. The water is hot and there are no musty smells here, but this place has been a hotel for quite a while. It's the kind of place you might wear your jacket during check in.

The service in the hotel is great -- not oppressive, actually helpful, appropriately engaging and real.

My one trip to the bar (late but during supposed open hours) wasn't as great but the bar is not what I went for.

The location is awesome. If you can get to the Tube station at Heathrow with your bags, you'll easily get your bags the 100 m to the hotel from Green Park station.

Another wonderful stay at our home away from home ...

Another wonderful stay at our home away from home in London. Again Frank, Sarah , Ned and all the team provided us with a stay scattered with those small pleasures.. after a flight from USA and Oz. The dinner at the the Game Bird (try the fat pidgeon), breakfast with that lovely blood sausage, and the bath, that scrummy bed cushion..... oh how lovely. Each morning Green Park, gave access to my wonderful walk... past Buck palace, and over to Hyde Park to build that appetite. Stuart, the GM, has pulled together a great team to serve us at this most perfecty located Hotel. I could have just stayed in! See you again soon guys. K and D

Would highly recommend this hotel - Friendly professional staff great location, when you are sitting in the courtyard for drinks or lunch, you would not realise that you are in the centre of London. The bar is a bit of an institution pleasant spot to while away an evening.

Best hotel value for a 5 star. We wanted to go to a local art show, they went in the back and pulled the tickets and pulled a car around. We walked past a line of 100 people and right into the show. Great little breakfast and the perfect hotel bar, relaxing but lively at the same time (hard to do)

A small hotel in the heart of London, in the Piccadilly district, consisting of several old houses, recently refurbished. The toilets are impeccable, the bedding excellent. Very good restaurant, quite expensive but we are in London. Very good english breakfast. All this has a price but but the quality is flawless. Two stays in this establishment confirm my good impression.

Had a delicious afternoon tea to celebrate my husbands birthday. On arrival I mentioned to the waiter that it was a special birthday, and asked if they could make a gesture for the occasion. The afternoon tea plus a brownie with a candle More

Nice boutique hotel. Attended a private dinner function here and the food, quality of food, service and hospitality was just wonderful. Did not stay at the hotel, however if they give the same level of hospitality and service, I am sure it would be all pleasant.

Great outdoor venue. Service rather slow for a 5 star hotel. Also hugely disappointing that they refuse to take reservations for tables for dinner!! Not what you expect from a good 5 star property.
