Wonderful customer service. Would recommend to all of my network that is in the market for quality ingredients.

Basically, Ecuadorian Rainforest is a maltodextrin reseller, you will find plenty of it in their products, even when the product description does not mention it on their website...

Stay far away from this business. They absolutely do not care about their customers and they do not hesitate to tell you so. There was a problem with every order we placed with Ecuandorian Rainforest. In one case, it took over a week and 4 phone calls during which I literally begged them to ship the products for which I had already paid. If the employees care this little about the jobs and customers, I can't imagine they care about the quality of the products they are selling or how they are stored and handled.

Been buying from Rainforest for over 10 years. Always have the more unique herbs we are looking for. Our sales rep is very responsive to all our requests. We simply ask for a certificate of analysis or other techincal documents and they provide it. A+!
