If you are not a proactive individual, this is not the agency for you. The people employed here to get healthcare professionals on board aren t as competent as they portray. Tried to join this agency, met nothing but incompetence across the board with the exception of yoana who took my file on after continuously chasing things up with a member of compliance who hardly communicated.
The team continuously lie when you call to speak to a named person. Either they tell you the individual left their desk or has stepped out for lunch when the said individual really isn t available to answer queries.
I was labelled a liar by the compliance team, called by a member of the compliance who burped on the phone before saying hello, argued vehemently with me for 30minutes stating he was calling me to fight his colleagues battle when all I wanted was direction, lodged a complaint and got no follow up from management. A whole month wasted, on time and money paid for blood test and dbs.
Extremely disappointed in the conduct.

my consultant has been on a one on one daily policy communication with me, sorting my shifts for the night as i normally only do night shifts, sorting any problems in the ward or facility i have worked with and ensuring that my shift is secured as well as safe. on top of that there is the ambience of trust and confidence wherein any special and out of ordinary requests are in the line for the staff even beyond the consultants timeline and office hours. the agency in general with the finance and accounts never fail to explain and discuss with the staff any issues about the the pay almost 24 hours via online or phone and they are always welcoming to such concerns for the benefit of the staff. my consultant in particular is excellent, up to date and a treasure to keep.
on the other hand, there is %100 professionalism regarding nursing competency knowledge, skills and values wise, all these three factors in a nurse are being kept up to date for the mutual benefit of the staff personal career growth and efficiency in as much as for the patients safety and confidence.
