The employees are really great, all polite, helpful, always respectful, everything else unfortunately to throw a huge hole in the apartment according to wiener live my fault, have mold in the apartment according to wiener live my fault I have mold on the window seal according to wiener live my fault, the door is always open in spite of the defective intercom system, joints are being built in the basement, homeless living downstairs, according to Viennese living nothing can be done, the color from the previous owner was just painted white over it, the whole wall is On the disintegrating, according to Viennese you can't help it. Conclusion the 3 stars are only for the staff, otherwise 0 stars I'm grateful that I got an apartment after 6 years of waiting, but something like that is really bad

The employees in the Damage and Ailments department are always friendly, but I don't get anywhere.

I have been reporting 2 damages to my rented apartment for over 2 months and the only thing I heard was that the case would be forwarded and that for the 6th time. What is happening? Nothing. Please don't just help forward :) I packs nimma

just called here because it's the only number here on the homepage. the lady was mega unfriendly (maybe because I called 5 minutes before her office hours and she wasn't in the mood for customers anymore) she yelled at me when I picked up my cell phone that I was not forwarded and she was only the operator. I mean it's still okay, then learn how to communicate properly and how to deal with customers professionally instead of doing a job for which you are obviously not suitable. Money is not all my love, because for another reason you obviously don't work there anyway

Such rude employees are cheeky and tell you 2 stories and say yes at first you can help but as soon as you are forwarded they are so cheeky a madness! Viennese living is there to help and is really very good itself. Viennese living has always helped really top because you can only say good things! But these employees are amazing!

But every Monday 3 employees come to clean the stairwell with cold water and do not carry any

I know that I am in a social building here and may and cannot ask for much, but this type of discrimination is cheeky.
The snow removal works just so-so, Wiener Wohnen answer I will pass it on.
There are no longer any clean laundry rooms. Have they never been disinfected? Thank you Wiener Wohnen that you have grown up since you drive with tractors on our meadow, lock the garbage with cheap locks so that the garbage-believers no longer run around aimlessly.
