The employees in the Damage and Ailments department are always friendly, but I don't get anywhere.

I have been reporting 2 damages to my rented apartment for over 2 months and the only thing I heard was that the case would be forwarded and that for the 6th time. What is happening? Nothing. Please don't just help forward :) I packs nimma
