I have been a customer of Stackscale for two years now, and I must say that my experience has been average. The customer support is decent, but sometimes it takes longer than expected to get a response. The uptime of their servers is good, but there have been a few instances of downtime in the past. Overall, it's not a bad option, but there is definitely room for improvement.
