Take care now. ------ Someone hacked into my paypal account to make a purchase on your site for a product in the amount of $59.99. I'm awaiting a response still from email support. The culprit logged into a Safari OS from NY according to the alert from paypal at September 6, 2020 at 2:57:48 PM PDT Transaction ID: 1HP68424E1395130J Invoice ID 16407475 They mirrored and captured my password information prior to this event and I changed my password immediately upon finding out around 10pm EST. First of all, at 5:57pm EST I was in Danbury, eating at Stew Leonard's Outdoor Cafe at the time this unauthorized purchase occurred- I didn't leave Stew Leonard's till around 620pm. (I have the receipts) My phone was off and Connecticut residents right now are advised not to travel to NY due to covid or I wouldn't be able to go to my doctor appointments 2x every week. There's no way this was me. Please refund the amount soon. Discover card has helped with the portion that went in as a backup payment method and fraud protection has kicked in. Paypal on the other hand has made this difficult although they were the one to notify me of unusual login to account exactly when the purchase occurred. Thank you- E.S.
