Doctors and Nurses in the ER don't know how to be a decent humans apart from like two doctors and a couple nurses.

This is for my wifes experience at the Mercy ER and this is in addition to the already posted comments. My wife was in excruciating pain and decided to take her here, so when we got there she explained the pain and had a small rash on her side, well the doctor on call decided to do some blood work, ultra sound and a cat scan. So a couple hours later he came in with results and told us that he didn't know what was going on and said it could be this and could be that and said if the pain got worse to come back and to go see her family doctor for follow up in a week. So on Monday she went to her Doctor and she had the shingles and she proscribed what she needed, Pitifull place.

I went up there to get my mri results. I had already gotten them from 2 different drs and they said 2 different things so I wanted to go get an original copy. I was told no. They could send my dr a copy, but not hand me a copy. They had no problem doing my test. It's my results why cant I get them.

Took husband to emergency room tonight and because of their Covid-19 rules I have to stay outside the hospital and it s 34 degrees outside and I just got out of a hot bath. If I get sick I know where I won t be going! I ll stay home and die before I go to that band-aid station! I just hope I don t loose my toes!

This hospital is known as the band-aid station. They're worthless. They killed my Mom's fistula,they didn't properly treat her UTI & it turned into some form of mersa. They couldn't even send anyone to help me with my Mom when she was fighting me to go to dialysis, I was told to call 911. Their doctors bedside manners are horrible, they treat everyone as if they're only looking for drug's so don't expect to get treated properly. It's a horrible hospital & I wish community would take their place so we don't have to go to Anderson but to get treated with respect & properly, it's worth the drive.

for real emergencies this place rocks very fast service , family member came in with chest pain great nurses immediate saw doctor explained transfer to indy treated heart with meds life saved

i read the other comments about how long people waited for simple thumb injury in er WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU GOING TO ER FOR " A SIMPLE THUMB INJURY YOU IDIOT " THEY ARE EMERGENCY YES EMERGENCY TRAINED . STICK YOUR THUMB SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU ARE DYING THIS HOSPITAL WILL SAVE YOUR LIFE.

SORRY STUPID IDIOTS COMPLAIN ABOUT WAITING FOR SIMPLE NON EMERGENCIES

About 5 weeks ago my wife went to the lab dept for blood work that was supposed to be sent to her Dr but instead 5 weeks later the dr has not received any results and has even called them but no return so in turn not able to adjust her medicine due to irregular blood count . But any way I call and end up every body shifts blame on some body else I do no this that i will be filling a lawsuit if due to there negligent my wife ends up in dire staights because of this.

My name is Melissa Wright and my son who is 20 yrs old but in the mind 5 or 6 due to him being epileptic and autistic, he was taken to this so called "hospital" on 9-11. He had stayed the night, the next day a nurse calls my son's father and said that they no longer wanted my son there that they was basically going to put his shoes on my son, set him outside the door and have him arrested! Thankfully my in laws live 5 mins from hospital and rushed to my son. His dad got there hospital already got my son in a mood and he didn't want to leave with dad. Hospital tells them he has 3 choices,go with dad, go to jail, or go to hospital. They (hospital) then tells sons dad he either signs the transport paper for son to be taken to hospital or our son goes to jail. Who the hell threatens a disabled child with jail? This place is a joke, and of course Tammy there says the staff wrote in file and says that never happened. Yeah I wouldn't admit to it either. So thanks to this hell hole place and their staff my son was taken to NeuroPsychiatric hospital of indianapolis where he then was neglected and abused! I seriously hope the staff at Mercy are proud of themselves. But we are taking higher! I wish I could not give a star at all to this place but had to
