Absolutely waste of time and effort...
I went to Customer Service Excellence course for 4 months, the best part of it: I met some professionals from McKinsey and got some tips about interview processes and they helped me find a coop placement which was not related to course or the program and that's it.
Courses are 9AM to 5PM. When we asked reason, they were replying: it was because they tried to make us get used to the working hours and working environment which seemed nonsense to me!
Before afternoon, there were 3 hours of office programs course. It was long and usually motivated(!) everybody to chat about that they did the day before and doing nothing and sometimes people were just sleeping.
Business English Classes: there was a female teacher and seemed to me that she was suffering coming and teaching us English. She was always making us tired listening to her somehow and after sometime it turned to a torture for me and I usually used to take long breaks to avoid her.
Coordinator was always So serious and acted like a boss there. It was irritating talking to her. She was giving Customer Service Course and all she was doing: asking questions like " What would you in this/ that situation and talk about the responses we gave". I literally did not learn anything in those classes.
I am writing my comment with all my sincerity and honesty.

I think these kind of NGOs are taking money from the government based upon duration/hours of the courses they give. And because this place is boring and a waste of time is: they want to MAXIMIZE THEIR PROFIT by giving looooong hours of nonsense courses like this that does not help at all.

Job Developer and Placement Coordinator was an amazing person! He was the only person whom I enjoyed talking and sharing my issues.

After completing my coop placement, I went to ACCES Employment and to me it as much better place for a new comer to go and get consultancy for job opportunities in Canada.

I will edit my comment with more details in the future. That's all for now.

My sister and cousin went to this program. It wasn t a great experience for them at all. My cousin was treated differently then my sister i m guessing because of the different race of both of them. would not recommend this place at all its very disappointing disrespectful and discriminating.

as a new comer in canada I've found helpful tips in this place over the past 2 years.
But the last person I've been assigned to was a disappointment.
Her name is Andrea Davis, she was not helpful at all, basically she said I have to find information somewhere else, she doesn't even answer at your email. probably because she's too busy on bragging for her 20years experience! I strongly suggest to get help from someone else over there.
