The employees are very polite and caring, the rooms are clean, the bathroom, the toilet are comfortable and the beds are comfortable. the main restaurant-bar menu appeals to all tastes. If you do not want room cleaning and check out early, you earn extra points. Transportation is provided free of charge to all parts of Aspen by the hotel's vehicles, drivers give telephone number for return. highly recommend

By far the absolute BEST resort experience. We stayed here a week & enjoyed every second of it. The hotel staff goes above & beyond to make you feel comfortable. Everything was impeccably clean & the mini events they do for hotel guests (like Friday night s mores) were absolutely perfect. Can t wait to return again!

All I can say is here in this hotel there is an awesome management who cares about their guests and values. I m a happy guest here staying till Sunday for 10 days with my little family. Thank you for making me happy St. Regis hotel. I also wanted to mention the sweet staff of the management Ms. Ebru who helped me with organizing our suite. She was very polite and friendly. She did not stop the whole time she was organizing everything. I appreciate all the care and welcoming from this awesome team! We will be back soon :)

If you are ever in the Aspen, Colorado area, consider staying at The St. Regis Aspen Resort. This is by far the BEST resort experience! Everything is impeccably clean, the hotel is gorgeous, the location is excellent, the attention to detail is top noch, and staff members go above and beyond to make guests feel unbelievably comfortable! This hotel has become a family favorite and we will definitely return!

One of the best hotel experiences I ve ever had. I am a well traveled person and I have to say the St Regis in Aspen was truly an amazing experience. They offer a free shuttle from Aspen airport to the hotel, they greet you with a glass of champagne, take your luggage and check in was a very easy process. The room was absolutely beautiful, very comfortable very deluxe. The bed was like a cloud, the amenities are first class. A welcome package awaited me with a hand written note welcoming me to the resort, bottled water, snacks etc. The spa is out of this world. By far one of the best massages I ve ever had. Love the jacuzzi and steam room and the oxygen lounge. The pool and hot tubs were very nice and luxurious. The conceriege made us dinner reservations, brought down my skis everyday. The checkout process very fast and easy. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to couples (very romantic), or friends going on a ski trip! A +++

If you want to be treated like a king or queen. This place is the place that makes you feel just like one. They open your doors for you with a smile and hello. Amenities: amazing spa service 90 min, pool,gym, coffee and cookie areas. Room service breakfast, full BAR followed by my favorite, The VIEW.

Fantastic hotel. Service is excellent. Beds were super comfortable. Grounds around the pool and courtyard are beautiful. However, what kind of hotel charges over $400 a night and has no parking on site? $60 for valet or park 15 minute walk away? I don't mind tipping a valet but $60?? We drove around for 20 minutes to find a spot in the garage which was under construction and most entrances were closed. Then we had to take the shuttle back to the hotel. Also the concierge is lacking in local knowledge. It seems like they are just reading off a list. They send us to a pizza joint for our wedding anniversary claiming it was an Italian restaurant. When we walked in the door, we immediately canceled the reservation they made for us and walked across the street to Steakhouse 316 and waited for a bar seat there.

Haven t even checked in yet. Called to see if we could check in early because we have a dog. The women was not helpful. She simply kept repeating we can t guarantee early check in. I said understand that but I need to understand what our options were to which she continued repeating herself. We are also in a suite so hoped for better #notimpressed I ve had better customer communication down the street at the Marriott - which was significantly cheaper.

Amazing location, incredibly considerate and attentive staff. Loves the upgrade to my upgrade as an elite member. We have already planned our next trip back ..really really soon.. it was that amazing!!!
