May be a great school but after giving one donation and asking to have my name removed nothing has happen. They have already spent more money trying to get more than I gave. Based on other reviews from people with the same problem I WILL NEVER GIVE AGAIN!!

I constantly receive junk mail from them asking me for money. I have emailed, written and called asking them to remove my name from their mailing list. I called today, April 5, 2017. The lady that answered the phone said that yes I am on the mailing list but she could not remove me since they did buy my name. I nicely told her she was wasting her money sending me requests. She said that 75% of the people who receive a "give money" request send money! It was plain to me she did not care that I get mail from them that I do not want. It is totally unbelievable that if they really wanted to help children they would stop wasting the resources that they do have!!
I have no idea how to stop getting mail from them. I already have charities I support. When your name has been sold to charity mail marketers, you get 5 or more pieces of money request junk mail on average. I don't want to send anyone money who wastes it like this.

I LOVE the pictures of the smiling, laughing, playing, children!! (I use to send to another well-known children's charity but never received a note nor letter from them. The once a yr. photos NEVER showed them smiling!! I missed that greatly.)
The children at St. Labre, however, are so delightful with their wonderful drawings and thank-you letters. I smile at their mis-spellings, thinking them absolutely precious!!
I believe it is important for children to be taught to write thank-you notes to others. It is a courtesy sadly missing in this day & age. (I have 13 grandchildren & maybe I get a thank you from one or two, which disappoints me, but I still love them & still send them gifts.)
A big "oo-rah" to the teachers at St. Labre and to the children!! And all other staff that work so hard to achieve a good school, home, and spiritual training. (AND I'm not catholic! ha-ha)
I still hope to get to MT to visit the state & it's history, AND the St. Labre School!!
God riches blessings on all of you!!

We visited the School in October on our way to visit Little Big Horn, Devil's Tower, Wind Caves, Crazy Horse and Mt. Rushmore. We met the Director, Curtis who took off time from a staff meeting to greet. They are doing an amazing job educating the 750 children! We were impressed with the love and dedication of the entire staff. We will continue to support their efforts!
