The practitioners here are thoughtful, client centered, and supportive. I have been taking my family here since early 2013 and have always felt that my voice is heard, that the practitioners are willing to support my informed decisions as a patient and parent, and I have always felt that they are forthcoming with the information regarding care and payments. I have experienced that they use a functional medicine model which I appreciate, they aren't quick to the antibiotics or other pharmaceuticals and will use other well researched methods of treatment in the event of an illness first when appropriate. I always feel like family when I go here, they spend time on appointments and are interested in me as a human being, not just a patient to run through the line of healthcare.
The office is so poorly run that it is not a good place to trust with your health. They only book people that are well as they schedule 2 weeks out and do not put aside any time for sick people. Quote we send people to Urgent Care if they are sick. After getting lab results I was told I had to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment to discuss the results. And that Lynn could not call me but if I would like to see another practitioner who I have never met, I could get in sooner. Wow. Really? I have been dealing with hives for 8 months and the lab results potentially have answers but I am to be passed around like my health does not matter. Tell my story again. Put my trust in another person I have never met. Or wait another 2 weeks for a follow up. Really bad business.
